Ok so, if you're wondering why you're getting Deja Vu right now, yes this is a re upload. Earlier this year I released a MinuteMen video after months of getting reqeusted to do so. However, I'm kinda stupid so I made a decently sized mistake in it that I personally thought took away from the quality of the video. Basically every comment I got on the video was calling me out for said mistake and yeah I deserved it. I also dealt with a whole bunch of other issues while trying to get the video out (I uploaded the video like 12 different times and was met with the same copyright blocks so I decided to just let it on youtube unmonetized) so yeah I just decided that I would try to, in theme of the movie, go back and change my own embarrassing moment and give you guys the MinuteMen video you deserve. So consider this, Revisiting MinuteMen: A Timeless Adventure (Taylor's Version)...or (Stalgia's Version), that make more sense.
My biggest problem with this movie is the ending since it's 1 of the most depressing DCOM endings when you think about it. The 3 main guys use time travel to help out high school student who get humiliated or have bad times by changing the past. However, after they prevent the black hole from destroying the world they go back in time to before they started helping their classmates. But the film presents that they have to let everything happen the way they originally did, which means everyone they helped will be humilated or hurt again otherwise the black hole could reform. Maybe I'm overthinking this, but this implication has bothered me ever since I 1st saw this film.
I watched this movie at least once a year growing up to the point that I still have it memorized. All the lines. It's insane. My favourite dcom to this day
Man, that speech by Charlie about how “this day that you hate so much? this was my FAVORITE day” really gets me every time😭😭 the power of friendship for the win!!🥹
This movie was awesome, Minutemen was the most 2008 movie for Disney. I like to think Jason Dolley was an underrated king for Disney because he was in Cory in the House and starred in two underrated DCOMs, this and Hatching Pete before Good Luck Charlie. Plus, we got Corbin Bleu's 'Run It Back Again' and Aly & AJ's 'Like Whoa', both of those songs are still bangers today.

I never interpreted it this way. I thought that all the changes would still happen, but they wouldn't be the ones traveling back in time to do it. In other words, they would be hiding around until their younger selves entered the black hole and closed it.
Yep they don't do any of it so nobody knows like when Charlie kisses the girl who likes him and she doesn't know what's going on. It is sad when you think about it
Although the principle isn’t the actor who plays the dean from community he does play the doppelgänger of the dean when he’s replaced by Chang in the later seasons.
Finally! This was one of my favourite DCOMs. Such a great cast too. Glad you mentioned Nicholas Braun playing Zack. Also, dang, Charlie's actor had a freakin growth spurt.
Outside of the musicals, this is hands down my favorite DCOM. I love a good time travel plot, Jason Dolley is the DIsney Channel king, and it's fun looking back at a super young Luke Benward since all his other appearances are once he was older.
One of my favorite Disney movies was Go Figure. No one ever seems to remember it though. It was about figure skating and hockey and was a fish out of water type story.
I remember Go Figure. Ever life was on the soundtrack singing the title track “Go Figure”. It was this movie and Ice Princess which had ice skating protagonists.
Gosh, I think this is my first comment but I just wanted to let you know I'm new here & I LOVE your channel/content!!! Thank you! I'm 27 & grew up on these shows! Named my first dog after Zoey (yeah that one) at four years old. Something personal - I moved out & my parents sold my childhood home. While a depressive episode your content actually brings me some bittersweet joy, too. Bc I miss being little but I'm glad I was when I was. Man, these shows & movies were peak childhood for me. That Disney Channel Movie b-roll though!!! OMG. I can't wait for your Sky High video!! I just wanted to say thank you. ❤
I loved minutemen as a kid. I feel like I remembered it pretty well from this video. Some Disney DCOMs that I feel r pretty hazy r “Cloud 9” “luck of the Irish” “the 13th year”
I’ve had this film stuck in the back of my mind for years and could never find it until today glad to know I wasn’t insane and that I actually did watch this when I was 7
I remember this giving me clockstopper vibes when I saw it as a kid. When these movies would come out, typically in the summer, my cousins and I would all get together in front of the big screen 32" tube TV, and have a blast. Props to my Aunt who would always get us all together, and always knew what was the latest good stuff, since she was an elementary school PE teacher.
My man MrNostalgia remastering videos like Call of Duty. Good on you for going back and fixing your mistakes in the OG upload, growth only goes up from here. 💯
I actually enjoyed watching this movie, it had a couple of reruns in Disney Asia circa 2009 to 2012 I think. Overall a great entertaining movie to watch with friends, it perfectly encapsulates the early 2000s haha.
Bad that this had to be reupload cause of copyright. But this video is one of my favorite videos you did. I do like the movie over all but it's not Hacking Pete lol
im not sure if its just me but I remember Luke benward from " mostly ghostly: who let the ghost out?" ( 2007), that franchise also had a bunch of Disney Stars in its 3 movies. but I don't know if anyone else remembers these?..
I this realized your disney multiverse video that i watched i realized that high school musical wasnt mentioned i womder if minuteman and also jump in and lot of other disney original movies could be apart of disney multiverse
Going on a streack of watching your movie reviews and decided to leave my recommendations under this one, since Jason Dolley is in one of them. ^^'' SO, on top of my list is the movie Gotta kick it up, super underrated masterpiece, lives rent free in my head
I remember this, but to give u a line to give u a seen from the movie to save my life. I could not save my life. An I do not wanna watch this again. But I wanna watch your video to take a stroll down memory lane

Random but the guy who played the principal was also on Phil of the Future and voiced Kuzco in the Emperor's New School. A true disney legend
He’s also the doppeldean from community

bro went back in time to correct the age error (real ones remember 💀) I will be rewatching anyways 🙏🏾
What was the age error?
@@nimbusstudios1717I think it had to do with the age gap between Charlie and Jeanette.
MinuteMen is one of the best underrated DCOM's ever and I wouldn't mind if it got a reboot series or standalone sequel film.
