I despise the use of the term "processed food" because it's lazy and unscientific. Tell me which ingredients are unhealthy and what processes are unhealthy, because some are good, some are bad, and some are indifferent. It's about like using the ridiculous BMI measurement.
Dude, the message is to eat REAL NATURAL food to get the best results. If it has a label, bar code, comes in a bag or box, it will have minimal nutrition value if any but will cause all kinds of health problems over time.
