Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to discover jumping exercises to dunk try Teyelijah Leap Paradoxal (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my partner got great results with it.

+Mana Kefu start jumping up your stairs 2 feet jumps
Doing strides with more bounce effect to it can work on one leg, so if you do it with both in some kind of unilateral training you'll get better. Also precision or broad jumps for distance and height help a lot. Do jump squats with a backpack full of books or something like that too, it actually works wonders. Parkour is a good way to improve areas everywhere, especially the core, triceps, and quads. Hope this helps 🤞

you could dunk at 5'0 5'10 is just a really athletic person and average 6'3 dunker is pretty much a good athlete 6'5 you don't have to work as hard unless you want to dunk on kids

Yes, your muscles can get stronger even if you're not a grown-up.
You can use a chair or a not very high wall if you have one near. You can even do what I did once which is filling shoe boxes with books. It'll be sturdy and wont break but be carefull non the less.
Medicine balls are heavy and give resistances while doing these jumps which strengthens your muscles further making it easier to jump later on without it.

don't do these, squats are more effective for jumping higher also are calf raises and leg curls, after them workout exercises do some mediocre box jumping to loosen you legs up after the weighted workout this is more effective than this.
kris dont pass its actually fine, but u have to have a strong lower body to do these because these are plyometrics basically...I used to do them, but I started feeling weird bone cracking in my legs so I stopped but my vertical still increased...

I went from sitting on the bench and barely being able to dunk - to calculating multiple dunks per game, being a starter, and also winning the state championship after using this vertical jump training! I have attempted many vertical jump programs however this one tops them all. It is not hard to research this jump tip on Google. Its name is Julian Jumρosen
