No he s not on day 3 my vertical has increased 1 inch at least

Ok i'm actually dying, but i feel absolutely unstoppable!
Just finished day 5 today. Abs are wrecked. Decided to try a couple jumps on a run after doing the work, and even though I just did a full jumping routine.....two days in a row mind You, I still had some crazy bounce today. These routines are working

The key to jumping higher for this and all related programs is consistency. I bought the 8 week in September, it's January and I haven't done a full week because I'd do 3 straight, then get lazy and say tomorrow, then tomorrow. Build good habits guys
