Mr360Gman from when i started id say1 1\2 to 2 feet from when i started i had bad vertical and no control .now much better control speed and hight but it was not the only thing i was doing just added it to my weekly workouts .im sure if thats the only thing u want to do u can get mega results you just have to put the work in

OK tlb I done the jump workout mid way though the two weeks I was able to tough my ceiling down stairs that was my first goal already gained two inches on my vertical on the last day I was able to touch my friends basketball rim at 8 ft 3 inches yah that's low but only 4 ft 9 thanks TLB

It really helped me get good results. And this is almost the third time i've done this 2 weeks program. Can i do it again? Or my muscles may get used to these workouts and they may show no results anymore? I couldn' find such an amazin program anywhere else that's why i don' know from now on what i should do to keep the progress and also to improve it .

Millzzz well I got to say 12 and then strained my soleous muscle in my calf, I’ve been having to rest and try to recover because I can’t jump without it hurting very badly. So I haven’t got to finish or check my vertical again for improvement, but I’d advise if you do this to make sure you stretch and warm up good before you do it, because doing plyo workouts as often as this program does them can be risky.

2. Kneeling broad jump into tuck jumps 4 sets of 6.
3. 12 split jumps x 6 vertical jumps 4 sets
4. Lateral hurdle into single leg broad jump 4 sets of 6
5. 8 180 jumps x 20 alternating foot taps 4 sets.
Gained 4 inches or 5 on this program. I'm 5'5 and I could barely touch rim on 9ft before, now I can get 9.5 feet pretty easily. Preciate it ❗️
