    • @charlesborel8493
      @charlesborel8493 3 роки тому +1

      @@pinkdeini because to truly be classified as a plyometric the ball of the foot has to be in contact with the ground for less than .1 of second. Look up true Russian plyometrics, dr yessis talks about this on UA-cam. The split squats they are doing in this video are really just a explosive jump training exercise. If they were to say go as fast as they possibly could with very quick ground contact times then this would be more of an explosive plyometric. Not everything that people are calling plyometric these days are really plyometrics, was the point of my original comment, but it did come off as snooty

    I'm still not strong enough on my feet. I better start with weightlifting like a squat, and then move on to plyometrics ? Or I will work on both at the same time?

    • @WilliamGone
      @WilliamGone 3 роки тому +2

      Have 2 plyo days and a weighted leg day. Or 2 weighted leg days amd a plyo day. M-W-Fri. Or whatever coach recommends.

    • @alldetected3106

      Slowly incorporate plyometrics into your routine. I do mainly weights and already know my body couldn't handle this intensity right off the jump.

    En estos momentos me arrepiento de no saber inglés!!! Vi muchos videos de salto vertical pero se nota que estos ejercicios son superiores ... Si alguien me puede decir cuantas repeticiones y series hay que hacer se lo agradezco

    • @carlosquezada6478
      @carlosquezada6478 2 роки тому +1

      hola, primer ejercicio solo 10 y alternas con el segundo 10 en cada pierna, es una super serie osea, alternado, lo repites dos veces, tercer ejercicio (salto de tijera con mancuernas)dos series de diez en cada pie, el ejercicio que sigue el de rapidez y equilibrio según entiendo solo pide 4 veces por pierna, el ejercicio con la banca 2 de 4 en cada pierna igual para el russian lunge splits (minuto 5.40), el siguiente 4 series de 8 , la barra pide que sean 5 series de 3 repeticiones pero solicita que bajes en 6 segundos, que la bajada sea lenta, el elevated reverse lunge pide 6 de cada pierna y dos series, es el penúltimo ejercicio, finaliza con peso muerto dos series de 8.
