I ordered Gold they sent black & in Suite on the sale 3 somehow trezor is giving less options for tokens. also idk why my ledger safe3 doesn't show the current PRICES of my ethereum assets unlike my basic trezor one. Perhaps I just need to learn the suite app better?..
The passphrase/HD Key is stored encrypted on the general purpose chip and the general purpose chip is what builds the signed transactions, correct?

1. Does the Trezor Suite show market changes, graphs, earning changes and so on?
2. How is customer support if needed?
3. Are there tutorials on how to buy/sell/trade crypto with Trezor?
4. How do buying, selling, trading crypto fees compare to the average exchange platform like coinbase or robinhood?

1. It does show a graph of your balance timeline. It also gets the current coin price which is imported from www.coingecko.com/.
2. Not sure how to answer this, but our Support agents are great! But most of the time you don't even need them, as we have a pretty extensive Knowledge base: trezor.io/support.
3. Yes, everything to be found in the knowledge base.
4. It depend on several factors, but you can find all the details at blog.invity.io/schedule-of-fees/.
But does it support ronin wallet like ledger nano x?

Is it possible to switch from ledger nano S (my screen died, it's now useless) to Trezor safe 3? Nano S has 24 seed phrase while based on your website safe 3 only has 12 seed phrase.
And also, why Philippines is not included on your list of countries? It's been years, i can't order from your website directly. So frustrating.
Hi Kris, although Trezor Safe 3 generates 12-words seed by default, you can still import 24-words seed to it. All Trezor devices work with any BIP39 seed.
And regarding Philippines, we are sadly unable to ship there due to the complicated procedures with customs clearance.

I am using solflare and exodus as my wallets as chrome extn, and saved all the passphrases and keys on my pc file, if i buy a trezor 3 and connect solflare.... can i then delete my solflare seephrase on my pc. will trezor automatically load my solana wallet upon connecting
Hi, you would need to send all your coins to your new Trezor wallet. It's the only way how to improve your private keys security, as your current keys were already exposed when you saved them on your PC. The main idea behind Trezor is that private keys will never leave the device!

We don't believe we should have access to your private keys. Only you should be the owner of your wallet.
What would happen if the digital device (Trezor) developed a fault? Electrical devices don't last forever and generally fail at some point. Would that mean all investments would be lost?

Hey, thanks for asking! Not at all - all you need is your recovery seed that represents a key to your wallet. If your device gets lost/damaged, you simply import your seed to another device and your whole wallet appears there.
