- HI guys this is my version of Marble Chiffon Cake
8 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
100 ml oil
100 ml milk
1 tsp of vanilla
150 g cake flour
1/4 tsp of salt
For the meringue
8 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
to make the half chocolate flavour

hi I really love yr marble chiffon. I changed the 100ml of milk to 100ml of orange juice n zest. the orange chiffon cake turn out to be as good as the marble chiffon. thanks again for the wonderful receipe

This marble chiffon cake is absolutely fabulous! The texture is perfect, and it’s delicious! I would like the chocolate flavor to stand out more, so next time, I plan to use 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and will determine if I need to add a bit more sugar to the chocolate half to complement the additional cocoa powder. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That looks really delicious. Those pans are my problem. I have a Hard time releasing the Center part from the cake and the cake cracks in half.

Jojo Ong Yes thats exactly what you want to happen, for the cake to cling on to the pan so that the cake will continue to rise while baking, if you are worried that you cannot take the cake out of the pan all you need is a flat spatula of the flat side of the knife to take it out.

Hi, i tried baking it and it is very delicious. There's just one thing, why does the cake keep on deflating or even making a dent on the sides?
