Ingredients:
Cake:
3 Large Eggs at room temperature
1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup (75g) Unsalted Butter at room temperature (or any flavorless vegetable oil like canola, corn, sunflower)
3/4 cup (180ml) Milk at room temperature
1 tsp (5ml) Vanilla Extract
2 cups (250g) All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp (8g) Baking Powder
1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
3 Tbsp (22g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Chocolate Ganache:
4oz (113g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped or chips
2 1/2 Tbsp (37ml) Milk at room temperature

How come before baking the chocolate batter covered the whole top of the tin but after baking it all centred up?is it the same cake ?
Yes, it's the same cake. The chocolate batter is a bit denser and sinks to the center of the cake while baking.

Just want to ask one thing I made exactly the way u made it but mine was not cooked properly in the middle I left it for more then 1 hour does tray effect the baking or it doesn’t cause my tray was round in medium size

If the ganache is too runny, place it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until firm enough to spread over the cake. 😊

I just made this, but it did not make the amount shown on the video. I don't know why cause I measured everything exactly using scale to make sure. I read other comments and no one else had this problem, so I guess it's me and I don't understand why that is.
With that said, next time i'll put in smaller pan to get thicker layer. Every time I make one of your video makes it always comes out to be smaller or less then you show. Weird. My husband said it was good though. That's all that counts.

You can double the recipe, but I suggest using a large baking pan, like a 9-in (23cm) square pan or a 10-in (25cm) round pan. Otherwise, the cake will take too long to bake in the middle.

Make the cake when you have enough eggs.
Who else agrees that beating egg, sugar and BUTTER is kind of complicated.
I used to beat the eggs, then mix the sugars little by little and then separated beat the butter in a bowl and add them together and beat them all when they are not very solid.
That's why the recipe calls for butter at room temperature. It's much more soft and creamy to beat than cold butter. Mixing chilled, solid butter is almost impossible.
It was delicious recipe , but I think I should make it another time .. the cake wasn’t fluffy maybe because I use blender instead of hand mixer

I m bit confused about the Cup measurements ....u said 1 cup sugar(200gm) and 2 cups flour(250gms)....
Yes, a measuring cup of sugar has about 200g, and the same cup of flour has about 120-125g. If you weigh a cup of rocks and a cup of feathers, they won't weigh the same. That's why you must choose whether to make the recipe in grams using a kitchen scale or in cups (measuring cups used for baking). 😊
