- Just five eggs and you can enjoy this scrumptious marble chiffon cake.
Ingredients
1 cup + 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg yolks room temperature
1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder ( extra full scoop ) or 1/4 cup if using a regular cocoa powder
5 egg whites room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

What is cream of tartar and what can be used to replace it if i don't find that
Hi @@huntonsenami2011 cream of tartar helps stabilize egg whites. You can replace 1 teaspoon cream of tartar to 1 tablespoon of either lemon or lime juice. Have a great day🌸

I follow all the instructions, but The cocoa batter just sunk at the bottom. What can I do to avoid that? (I used 1/4 cup regular cocoa powder in 1 cup batter) thank you! (The cake is amazing and fluffy)
Do not over-mix the cocoa batter to keep its airiness or it will collapse & sink on the bottom of the cake. Hope this helps, thank you for watching.

Ingredientes:
1 taza + 1 cucharada de harina para todo uso
1/2 taza de azucar
1/2 taza de leche entera (temperatura ambiente)
1/4 taza de aceite de canola
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
5 yemas de huevo (temperatura ambiente)
1 cucharada de cacao en polvo oscuro (cucharada extra completa) o 1/4 taza si usa cacao en polvo normal
5 claras de huevo (temperatura ambiente)
1/2 taza de azucar blanca
1/2 cucharadita de crémor tártaro
Can I substitute oil with butter?

Oh I'm sorry about that. I did't have the chiffon tin available the time I made the cake. So if you have a chiffon tin use it instead. Have a great day ❤️

Hello po, thanks for watching my video. 1 Tbsp lang po ng cocoa powder ang ihalo kung dark ang iyong gagamitin at 1/4 cup naman if regular cocoa powder.
