    When you cannot decide between a vanilla and a chocolate, you get the best of both worlds. Tfs this amazing yet simple cake. And, the Nordic ware Heritage pan just magnified the beauty of this cake. Way to go, girl! Tc.

    If I could only pick one cooking channel to watch, this would be it. I made this recipe today and as expected it was smashing. I love the way the recipes are easily presented on the screen especially for those of us without the best eyesight to read small recipe print.
    Any recipe for this channel I know will be a success. I have done so many of them and will continue to do so. Thank you so much.

    La receta perfecta para panque marmoleado. *Sale muy suave así que dejenlo reposar 10 min en su molde previamente engrasado muuy bien.
    *Yo utilicé 140 gr de mantequilla y 20 ml de aceite para darle más humedad, esto lo agregué después de acremar la mantequilla con el azúcar
    *Los huevos los batí en una taza aparte para romper su estructura y los fui agregando en tres partes.
    *Hornée por 1hr a 160-170 C y quedó suave

    Another good recipe I love to have a plan like that when you divided the better was it a cup measure you used three times just want to make sure the battery is evenly and really like how you still keep the American measurements thank you very much have a blessed evening I have a 6 and 10 cup bunit pan ill have to add the one u are using when i can find

    Weng, I can't tell you how I have wanted a simple, flavorful marble cake recipe and this looks like it! Thank you for your recipes as always! A quick question: do vegetable oil or margarine work as well as butter?

      I’ve substituted oil for butter (never personally used margarine) several times, same amount that the recipe calls for and the only difference I noticed is the taste. With oil, the cake remains soft for days. With butter, it slightly hardens especially when the cake is placed in the fridge. That’s why bakers use oil and butter together, for flavor and texture as well. Hope that helps.

    I tried your lemon loaf recipe recently and loved it so I’m going to attempt this. I could only find a 10 inch Bundt pan though and I think that can fit like 10-12 cups of batter. What should I do?
