Another good recipe I love to have a plan like that when you divided the better was it a cup measure you used three times just want to make sure the battery is evenly and really like how you still keep the American measurements thank you very much have a blessed evening I have a 6 and 10 cup bunit pan ill have to add the one u are using when i can find
Weng, I can't tell you how I have wanted a simple, flavorful marble cake recipe and this looks like it! Thank you for your recipes as always! A quick question: do vegetable oil or margarine work as well as butter?
I’ve substituted oil for butter (never personally used margarine) several times, same amount that the recipe calls for and the only difference I noticed is the taste. With oil, the cake remains soft for days. With butter, it slightly hardens especially when the cake is placed in the fridge. That’s why bakers use oil and butter together, for flavor and texture as well. Hope that helps.
I tried your lemon loaf recipe recently and loved it so I’m going to attempt this. I could only find a 10 inch Bundt pan though and I think that can fit like 10-12 cups of batter. What should I do?
