It would be so dope if yall did a video testing the fn 510 hydrolock. Chamber a round, then dunk it. fully submerge the pistol until there are no bubbles (like 5 seconds), then fire the gun to see if the fn 510 hydrolocks like the 509 would. Supposedly, fn fixed it, but nobody has really properly tested it
I have both and Glock handles the recoil better. Trigger is better on the 510, and does look cooler. Grouping was similar. Price gives edge to the Glock IMO.
Every firearm is going to have its issues, no matter the manufacturer or model. Only fix what needs to be fixed in your gun snd train with it ss much as you can afford to and i believe you will be just fine. Also get the guns you know you can afford and stop trying to keep up with those can afford expensive gund or have big sponsorships. I got Glock 45/Glock 20 Gen 5/Glock 17 Gen5/ Glock 40 Gen 4 and yes i had minor issues with each and thats to be expected. I want the FN510 next. I have friends that have Staccato/Atlas etc and have had issues with them
Look how much extra features adapters on the other gun versus just the Glock 20 that’s what it takes to beat the Glock 20. I’m going with the Glock 20.

In fact, for just a few hundred dollars more, the G20 could be modified with a better trigger, sights and higher capacity mags, along with a red dot sight ( which it is already cut ). You still would have saved a couple hundred AND had a superior pistol.
I feel like in your hands the G20 did better because your able to get a better purchase on the gun vs the 510. But the other dude shot the 510 better than the G20. Overall performance wise G20

I got the 510 for glock 20 price. The 510 tactical needs round through it to break in .after 1000 rd it gets smooth imo.

its the grip geometry on the g20 tho, like holding onto a brick, and that cant be altered
Had the G20 first then got into FN YEARS back. FN dropped the 10mm grabbed it. Sold the G20 recently.

The fn 1k and the Glock 620. 100 dollars for a threaded barrel and 80 for night sights and your still under a 1k
FN510 tactical winner hands down...glock 20 (gen 4) only comes a little closer but not much just because of its reliability.
just caught the fn510 on sale for 999.99 plus they doing a $100 rebate on em so pretty much 980 out the door. get a lot of pistol for under a grand.

Fn for me. My first gun and it’s all black. Glock was on top for a few decades. But it’s time to move on. The fn is perfect in my opinion
Replace the extractor on the Glock 20. I had to do this on all my Glocks.
