    Thanks a lot Dra for sharing knowledge about Low Carb Diet and Intermittent fasting.i always watch and share ur videos .
    Today is my 30th day of my LCIF journey and the result was so amazing,my blood sugar now is always normal,fasting (5.2/5.4 and after meal is in normal range(5.6/5.8)
    Dati nung nakahighcarb pa ako,hindi nagnonormal ang blood sugar ko,always above normal(9.8/11.4) kahit umiinom ako ng gamot(2 kinds of meds)pero ngayon,im so happy talaga kasi nasa normal level na and nawala ung allergy ko sa tainga,nawala ung allergic rhinitis ko,nag glow ang skin ko❤ and hindi na ako madaling mapagod at antukin😊 unlike before na naka HC ako.
    Thank u once again Dra.❤ God Bless U and more knowledge to share to ur followers❤

    We have to do our own dip for our food ,cayenne pepper (chilli powder ), ACV add onion or garlic for our choice.

    Is a low carb rice cooker OK? Have you tried? My mother has t2d she's gone also my father they have cataract.I have my eye every year.I'm sorry to hear that t2d run in your family.I used arrowroot on my keto bread.

    doc 8.7 hba1c ko... more on tofu vegetables whole wheat bread lng kinakaen ko... 2x a day lng kaen ko bfast ko is 8amto 9am... dinner ko is after work 10pm n..ok p b kumaen ng dinner kahit late n.. this May lng aq n diagnosed ng t2d,..

    Hello Doc I was diagnosed diabetic last December of 2023 with 10.3 HBA1C, then April 2024 went down to 6.5 and this July my HBA1C went down to 5.9 accdg to my doctor my sugar is now normal. I asked her if I can get rid of my medicine which is Metformin and Trajenta but she said continue, hindi ko pa pwedi hintuin ung meds ko since napag aralan ko na icontrol by having low carb and doing intermittent fasting

      Make sure lang po na hindi super baba ang sugar level ninyo. Always coordinate with your physician on when to stop your medication.
