Incredible material. This is pure gold for a white belt. If you're a white belt and you can't be in the dojo everyday, then do this. It's important to get this SAME exact bag. Its 250 with shipping but WELL worth it.

Any heavy bag works but the one we are using in the video is the cage fitness training bag.
