    Very nice drills - I've taken the opportunity to list it to remember it better.

    8 - Kesa Gatame - Side Mount Push - Switch Base - KOB Side-2-Side - Tripod Tornado Step One
    9 - Kesa Gatame - Z-Mount (tight)

    My favourite part is the blue steel pose at the end of every drill. Great drills btw

    yes, yes grappling mobility with plenty of combo, I'm most of the time very badly injured out of BJJ if I can get some movement in that helps a little, I will need all I can get, no train partner for rolling flows or general and classes I get pushed aside, till my next return, and years being injured becomes will I be still young enough to live my grappling dreams...

      very nice. thanks for posting. I train BJJ and was born in 1953 and just made black belt. next time I am in miami, I would love to drop in and pay a mat fee and train with some older guys, as all the guys at my school in ny are young studs
