Judo Heavy Bag Takedowns

Breakdown off 3 different Judo throws you can practice on a punch bag, this sort of exercise would be great for fitness training.
In the video I'm using a 25kg bag, perfect weight for adults but for children I suggest a lighter bag.
If you have any other throws that you'd do on the punch bag, please comment I'm always open to new ideas.

that second throw i got a 30 kg bag altho i think it wights more buton the website it said 30 how much does your weight like 10 15 20?

I don't know but most of judo throws are more about the tecnical aspect than the power you can exert, it's name literally means Gentle Way
