A healthy non dairy version is simply fruit and ice. If you want it thick add avocado or banana! Some people use yogurt! Hope this helps!

Thanks for these recipes! Can the Smartfruit be frozen into ice cubes ? as double-duty? I think it might take me a while to get through a bottle & freezing would help w storage & avoiding spoilage.

My kids love smoothies so I thought this might be an easy way for me to get some more greens into them. I bought the SmartFruit Harvest Greens from Amazon. It is expense. I followed the recipe for the green goddess smoothie exactly. Mine did not have the green color from the video but was more yellow and has a very strong banana taste. I think next time I will try a half frozen banana. My kids did seem to enjoy it but I found it to be too sweet. I checked the label and it has 15g of sugar!

You had me right up until you said it's sweetened with stevia. I hate the aftertaste of stevia and I don't understand why this has to be sweetened if you have frozen banana pineapple kiwi and green apple in the base.
Smartfruit is NOT sweetened with stevia :-) it sweetened with fruit.
@@smartfruit1391 but you add Stevia to the mix. Which if it is sweetened by fruit is an unnecessary addition.

How can a a smoothie be called "healthy" when the blender is destroying all the fruits fibers ? A smoothie, a fruits juice is nothing but fructose without fibers, and like any sugar it will damage your liver. It's best to bite into a fruit, the fibers will help the way your liver will treat the fructose, and with one fruit you will feel full when with a smoothie or a juice you need a lot more fruits (and so a lot more sugar !).

Love the idea of the recipes but this is unfortunately a bit useless for people who can't or don't want to get this brand. It would be hlepful if you could have said what ingredients are in the juices.
This product is horrible.. Way better to use fresh fruit.
