Was searching for a banana ice cream I could make without an ice cream maker or cream. I cam across these recipes by chance and they are absolutely perfect. My bananas are in the freezer at this very moment. What a wonderful recipe for my day off from work and the wonderfully ripe organic bananas and almond milk. I'm going to make plain banana to start but the other flavors are going to be made while hanging out with family. My niece who is on her way to loosing weight will love this and so will my sister.
