(other options-olives, dry figs, smoked garlic,mixed dry herbs) I transferred it to the refrigerator in silicone molds. It got solid very fast. From the other half I made ...mozzarella... I salted, corrected the seasoning but Instead of agar, I added 2 tablespoons of psyllium powder and a little vegan milk to the cheese. I mixed it in the food processor until the cheese became thick and viscous. I dipped my hands in water and made mozzarella balls that stretch great on toast or on pizza. No way. Pesto needs lots of basil, olive oil, salt, garlic , pine nuts and parmigiano reggiano.
