It's curious how Gaijin refuses to give IS-7 to Phly, guy is literally doing PR valued millions of dollars for them, but to give him handful of colored pixels in the game, that cost literally nothing, is where they draw the line!
Because once you gave him, you have to give everyone in that whatever partnership. You cant just favor one person but not the group.
Even though he is the biggest WT content creator.

Fun fact: If your auto loader is out of ammunition you can go to a capture point and replenish your ammo. The ammo goes directly into the autoloader and is ready to fire when all ammo is restored.

This intro pleased me. I recently played an 8.3 game after a bit of a hiatus. After getting absolutely obliterated by pumas, I started wondering what the point was. This... This gives me hope.
bro its 9.0 now and it still destroys if you have the right battles tbh there easy to kill just stop hitting the front and hit the damn gun ppl keep hitting me in the side or try to atgm the front it doesnt work like XD just hit the gun to get ammo and your fine the ammo rack happens a lot so stop having the aim of a potato and you can kill the pumas

@@titanking8755 Doesn't work if I have a 16 second reload and only ATGMs, like half the US 8.0 lineup (read: the M551 Sheridan and the M60A2). Works like a charm for the M60 AOS though, the 105mm APDS demolishes the PUMA.

For a heavy tank, the IS-7 has decent mobility and reload
Reload is good until the semi auto loader is empty
for the low cost of $1800
This is why I bring out my Falcon daily just so they remember who to fear.
I love that first major engagement, there were THREE pumas in the end all firing at him, and there was a fourth one in the distance lol

The T 10M even does not stand a chance with how players are playing it against the PUMAs, They just pop out side on and the PUMAs destroy it with in seconds by shooting between the tracks.
I think on frontal attacks the T-10M could be stronger against Pumas than the IS-7, since it does have a stabiliser.
As someone who grinded for the IS-7, I agree it's really funny to pull it out against the PUMAs, they really struggle head on
I’ve had the IS-7 for awhile and it’s for some reason just my favorite tank to use in the whole game. This video made me smile. I love seeing the IS-7 slaughter stuff.

I have an IS-7 and went out to do the same thing.
Now that they've moved them all to 9.0 it's much worse. You still get to play against teams full of PUMA's but now their backup is L-44 and similar, against which it's very hard to play in IS-7 and T-10M.
The Puma is 9.0 as of when I logged in last night. Hoping to see that help bring balance as well.
In my experience is makes 0 difference. My Russian lineup is 8.3 and it made no difference at all. Of course it's only a 0.7BR increase, but I think the PUMA needs to be made top tier, or at the minimum 9.7.
@@Milesofgaming I tried it out once it was moved up, and it was not the "hold the button down" game it is at 8.3. With that said, I could see it moving up a little bit more for sure. I was just referencing the fact that they had already moved it, which usually takes them longer to do. I'm sure it will take a few iterations like the R3 and the Pak-Puma to settle it where it should be.

As of the release of this video, the PUMA and the Begleitpanzer 57 both went to 9.0. It is WAY more balanced now.

Hey Phly another tank that is great to counter the puma is the m60a1, using the apds. can't be front penned and has insanely good survivability. Combo that with the t95e1 for range maps and the f3d to helicopter hunt/strike fear into the germans has been working amazingly well.

Another tank you can use if you have it, the obj 279 had pretty much the same gun as the is7 and is also very survivable. I've been doing pretty good against pumas in mine.
