    Wow! This looks to be extremely helpful. I desire to start practicing this protocol right away! My amygdala gets very active, mostly upon retiring to sleep due to childhood trauma.

    I’m having trouble coming up with a resilience anchor. I’m in such a deep state of anger toward partner right now and I can’t seem to create a distance.
