Meredith, you just helped me so much today! I listened to your Tuesday podcast “Exercises To Help Strengthen And Tone Your Core”. I also listened to your Motivational Podcast from June 17 “Do It!” I have a very weak back and I am in pain just standing for a 1/2 hour chopping vegetables, etc. and cooking my dinner. I also am very overweight (loosing slowly) and have heavy legs. It is really hard for me to lift my legs doing the exercises. I watched this video yesterday after I listened to the podcast, and thought I would not be able to do it. After listening to the podcast again today, and listening to the motivational podcast again, I decided to try it because my desire to strengthen my back won me over. To my surprise I did the whole thing. It was hard for me to do, but I did it and I felt better after I did it. I am going to try to do it 3 times a week as you suggested in your podcast. You helped me so much Meredith, and I am so grateful for you and how much you help all of us.❤️
Thank you Meredith for being such an amazing fitness teacher!! Your workout really helped my today focused on back and core stability!! I have really bad posture and weak core muscles. I felt great after I finished the workout!! I really need to strengthen my lower back . I have muscle imbalance in my back and pretty much everywhere. I do feel better following your workouts!! Yes, think “belly button to spine”…a visual to help. Focus on the core/abdominals and that helps!
