In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an easy - to - follow seated stretching routine taken from our "THE BEST" series of workouts.
Seated stretching is the perfect way to either warm up or cool down your body in a safe and controlled manner. This is perfect for beginners but also can be used at after or before a more advanced workout.
Stretching is an important part of staying healthy as it not only benefits your body physically but mentally as well. Before you start be sure to have a sturdy chair prepared so you can stretch with confidence. Also, never do movements that cause any pain or discomfort and go at your own pace.

Hi Meredith this is the recovery I needed for my body, i queued over night on 16th of September and during the day on 17th September to see our wonderful queen lying in state . My body was very painful but stretches have helped my body’s recovery thank you 😊❤

Thanks Meredith for this. Can I ask is this stretch routine to be done before exercise or as a cool down or is to be done just as a separate routine at anytime? I found it really good.
