    2 years later here is my progress, my 40 dash was 5.55, and now a 4.45. I did this everyday for 15 minutes and started seeing improvements slowly but surely.

    Added 5lb weights after a 2 day break because my thighs were on 10k!!! I FEEL MY HEART JUMPING and my lower abdomen hurt for a split second. I do the workout slower and more full, but it works. I'll do his say when I want quick cardio with less work

      Do this once a day if u need to use ur legs that day but 2 if u don’t. And to increase your throwing do forearm workouts and grip workouts
