    do recommend this prior to workouts /sessions or post? if pre workout.. presume you do full warm up prior to or is this adjunct or in lieu of real warm up? great stuff! love the variety.

      Footwork improves your footspeed and skill (enhances talent) to improve dribbling u gotta do cone weaves cone dribbles etc but to improve agility work on explosiveness and change of direction jump squats burpees squats

      @@mallya2836 yes I have been able to do stopovers a lot faster able to stop the ball more quicker and take a lot more small touches way quicker. When I had slow feet I wasn't able to do around the world. After I did these excersises I was able to do around the world with ease
