Thank you for this practise and the mantra. It came at exactly the right time....time and Saturn being the thing on my mind at hand. I feel its constricting nature when I try and create. But then I remember that creation/spirit is timeless, it transcends structures & limitations. Omnipresent & always relevant. Thank you!

This practice has been a real treat! I'm super grateful that I listened to my instinct and gave it a try with a new YogaTX teacher and oh, what a delight to discover Echo, with her soothing voice, the beautiful messages that hit home for me, the flow that was just what I needed this morning.
