my brother with special needs had violent outburst through middle and high school, where he had to be physically restrained. my parents NEVER hit him, punished him, anything. They made him pay for whatever he broke and clean it up. they took away his phone or something, but never, even when he was punching my dad did my dad ever fight him back. He simply held him down so he would not hurt himself as he was threatening to do. I had to call the cops once, and still my parents NEVER would DREAM of doing things like this. this is disgusting! He is now 23, doing much better, controlling his outburst. He isn't able to work due to anxiety but my parents make sure he still does things around the house and has opportunities to make money

Paul lived with her just 1 year before Timothy's death, after he'd already graduated high school. So idk how abused he was, but yeah she passed it down to Paul, too. I think she “had” to testify bc the texts were so damaging. She needed to somehow try to show the Jury she wasn’t a sociopath. She probably thought her high intelligence could stand up against the prosecutor’s questioning, but she quickly started to crumble.

my brother with special needs had violent outburst through middle and high school, where he had to be physically restrained. my parents NEVER hit him, punished him, anything. They made him pay for whatever he broke and clean it up. they took away his phone or something, but never, even when he was punching my dad did my dad ever fight him back. He simply held him down so he would not hurt himself as he was threatening to do. I had to call the cops once, and still my parents NEVER would DREAM of doing things like this. this is disgusting!
He is now 23, doing much better, controlling his outburst. He isn't able to work due to anxiety but my parents make sure he still does things around the house and has opportunities to make money
