My mother was a feminist, and her wacko beliefs and actions led to a lot of detrimental things in my life as a boy. That being said, I am working on my resentments toward her for this and am overcoming negative feminist programming. I like your positive message, Hamza. I made a video about the wacko things my mom did and said.

True, my mom is a turbo feminist, she only taught me complete garbage. Concepts like it's ok to be weak, it's ok to do no physical activity, it's ok to follow what everyone else is doing.
Men who grow up with such moms will be complete weaklings.

When I was really small like around crèche(kindergarten for Americans)the crèche I went to was run by nuns. They weren't stereotypical nuns, they were hard scrabble East European Betty's. If the boys got into a fight, playing aggressively they told us to sort it out ourselves. I think that and the way I was raised, helped me to have this "try to do it myself" mindset. I try to do something on my own as far as possible without asking my parents for help. Man, I miss those nuns.

Also, I have a story of my own.
This story was told to us by our teacher (male). There were two boys fighting In hes class, like really just fucking fist fighting. He went and broke the fight and called the princible to the class, the princible told to got to hes office while he and our teacher spoke. When the boys left our princible asked the true finnish question: "so, Who won?"

The best way to be more masculine is to start valuing your purpose and your goals more, and love and joy, less.
Over the past year, I’ve subconsciously started in the direction towards doing exactly that, and I’ll just say, it’s a beautiful feeling when you feel yourself acting and thinking more masculine.
Once you feel more masculine, you automatically start making so much more progress in your self improvement, because it feels like something from within is pushing you to, telling you that you’re on the right path

I don't agree with Hamza here, If you've ever done psychedelics you'd know that first one is bs.
Love and joy are not feminine, especially love and self love. Love for your fellow humans most of all. Lacking such a realization prevents you from being Adonis. Most probably wouldn't understand what me and Hamza mean by love.
We shouldn't be obsessed with labeling things as X or Y, some stuff not everything. Everyone has nipples, estrogen, and self expression. An extraterrestrial wouldn't label these as feminine.

Life is about achieving eudaemonia through practicing intellectual virtues and gaining skills to become a better person. What Hamza says about flourishing as a human being and constantly self improving coincides perfectly with Aristotle's works.

“Why are men starting to look like women” in addition to your answers my biggest personal adjustment was fixing my “anterior pelvic tilt” which is basically the technical term for gamer posture. Forward tilted hips, spine curving inward and shoulders slouched, hanging forward. I would love to see you do a video bringing anterior pelvic tilt as well as calm confident posture with it (because you can “over correct” your posture which is the same as the puffed up chest/invisible lat syndrome guy). MOST people in our generation have this and it takes time and consistency to correct, I’ve been at it for over a year and I’m still not satisfied.

2:57 is a big thing for me, being a teenager on the self improvement thing. I have extremely wide hips due to some messed up bone genetics, which I only found out about within the last few months since I was always just told as a kid that I was just fat. The strange part is I've never been more into the diet and routine or worked out as hard as I do now, but after learning that somehow it helped? I think it's because it's something that can't really change, and it allows me to see the progress I've made everywhere else motivating me more. I don't know what this is, maybe a little rant or something that someone with the same issue might see. Stay hard friends, you got this.

i remember in grade 6, i had this friend in my group that was a huge delinquent. he would fight anyone, he didnt care about getting hurt. but he was also super friendly. my friend group was mostly nerdy, but i was more into physical activity, and running etc... eventually we became really close, once when we were walking from school together he just asked me do you want to fight, first to tap out loses. i was board so i agreed. it was such a blast. we both had massive respect for each otehr being friends and if 1 person tapped out, the other would just pick them up and compliment them. there was no deeper reason we fought other then to have fun. thats the kind of fighting i love, when both people consent and WANT TO HAVE FUN. theres a part in being a man that just makes you want to fight. but society just thinks every sort of fighting is just from anger and hatred. thats why its mostly men that play fighting games, because competing and testing you're abilities is just fun to men. if a person is just fighting to be dominance or they have hatred for someone, then i think that fighting should be stopped cause thats not cool

Was not allowed to have an opinion that challenged adults, any fight for dominance was met with extreme disdain. We were expected to follow rules without explaination just BC we were boys. We were treated like work horses. And when we did express our feelings we weren't encouraged to do so effectively or educated how to. Hardly any of us have experienced leadership roles, we've all been abused by women in relationships one way or another.

I have to admit, you've created a channel, that is one of the most useful these days, including for me.
Before I've found you I tried to talk to one girl in my high school class and despite her weebiness I thought this could work. I've gone out with her for a walk, but at one point I've made some major creepiness mistakes and after just plainly asking her out (because I've felt anything more would be an over-investment) I've heard, that she was never interested in me and by that mess ups she is still pissed off from me, and this was 2 months ago. I've learned several things:
    1) You can't postpone the moment of asking out. Courage to do that has to come fast, no hesitation.
    2) Don't try to find a way to "modify" her interests to suit you. If they don't match yours too much, it'd be better to find another soon-to-hoped-to-be a loved one.
    3) There's always another girl waiting, so if you see you can't save this relation, do that.
Now I've learned from my mistakes, I promised that previous hoped-to-be that she'd decide whether to talk to me (she probably won't ever) and well... I understood she's just not gonna ever find a second half without changing her mindset (and also apparently she's asexual, could have caught that).
I hope this knowledge stays with me, because I've found way better girls that have way better interests and actually are willing to chit-chat. I've chosen the one, that seems the best, she's really so charming (and also not that kind of "independent" women that despise men). I plan to confess love to her until the end of school year.
And speaking of video, I always had that internal urge to do something masculine and I've finally found that momentum to keep going with it. I finally watch automechanics videos, I spend a bit of time on a shooting range, doing dumb shit with friends (that doesn't revolve around games, like one day we've made a Molotov cocktail and threw it inside of an abandoned bunker, so basically we're becoming technicians-chemists). I hope to maintain it from now on.

In my opinion showing emotion isn't bad if it's something that is actually super serious, I see guys crying over things like rejection from girls, or being insecure about little things. I've been rejected a few times and never cried and infact moved on very quickly and felt as little emotion as possible and I'm boutta start working out/going to the gym. I've felt much happier especially since I've been as you said working on goals on things I do in general, like doing things outside or just doing certain work etc. Your videos are definitely helpful in any way. Edit: some goals I've made is something like beginning to write movie scripts, I wanna be a movie writer/director, and trying to spend more time just doing home workouts and just other things that involve eating and well just genuinely doing stuff, goals don't just mean oh yeah make this happen or a bunch of big things, it's little things that escalate into a higher difficulty and check them off in order

This is a great video and I completely agree that men should be more masculine right now. I know this personally as my strive to be more masculine has led me to improve many things about myself such as a healthier and more "asthetic" body, higher grades, and my girlfriend. But I dissagree with your statement that men should be like rocks. Maybe I misunderstood but you said to endure hardship and endure negative emotion and to get the job done. I have been studying the philisophies and teachings of bruce lee and his core practice is to be like water. To find the light within the darkness. What this means is to find the joy and growth in hardship. For example I recently broke my arm, but instead of brute forcing myself through the hardship like a rock, I instead thought of it as a learning expirience and something I could grow from. This is a simple example but from this mindset I was able to go through the hardship without a heavy heart. Afterwards I was able to regain my strength back through exercise, and I am now just as fit as I was before.

As someone who just recently found out I am on the autistic spectrum, I want to give my own experience. Being masculine can mean a lot of things to a lot of people, but I personally think it means having the power of bringing yourself and others up, being self-sufficient, and having a less shallow short-term view of the world. Ironically, the friends in my life who would be classed as "manlier" for being into other manly activities such as sports are were nothing like this and as a kid, these people made me view being "manly" as a negative, which made SO confused about my own self-worth and identity, and I still battle with these problems to this day. It's even harder when my only father figure who I loved, died when I was just 13. People like hamza are helping me take out the negative traits I've associated with "masculinity" and finally figure out what true manliness is about. Thank you hamza.

Something that I've been thinking a lot about recently is related to what Hamza said about not trying to be happy all the time.
Going through some pretty severe depression and loneliness has taught me that if you want to be happy you have to be willing to embrace the tough times in life as well. You have to be familiar with sadness, misery, and suffering if you ever want to feel true joy, happiness, and fulfillment.
Therefore we as men should strive to always be accomplishing our mission and fulfilling our duties 1st and foremost. The way you feel comes 2nd. Nothing will make you feel more masculine than doing what you know you should do despite not wanting to do it. Thanks for bringing that point up Hamza, great video.

Negative emotions aren't weakness. Emotional dysregularion is. You can't choose how to feel, but you can choose if you act in a healthy manner under the emotional pressure. And no, neither tantrums nor suppression of negative emotions are healthy reactions. Be more mindful and improve your emotional intelligence, kings. Suppression of emotions just because you were told to is not an act of strength, it's an act of weakness. Same goes with tears and tantrums after the slightest negative feedback or perceived failure. It's not being "more emotional", it's being controlled by your emotions (probably mainly shame).

One other important thing to note is how toxic, endocrine-disrupting chemicals in our environment are wreaking havoc on our physiology. Phthalates, BPAs, parabens and preservatives, and even birth control residue in the water supply and pesticides like atrazine are all messing with our hormone levels, but it's something we can become aware of and minimize. I'd highly recommend the book "countdown" by Dr. Shanna Swan for more on this topic.

I hate these people like Hamza who make a living off their cult following where you're never man enough, you're never perfect. Wanna know the secret to happiness? Gratitude. Literally be honest with yourself, watching these videos will not get you anywhere.
