Wow, THANK YOU! This saved me. I had to do it in a slightly different way for my Sony RX100vii but I saved my precious videos. I cannot thank you enough. For anyone with this camera, I followed the same steps until getting to AVCHD - it didn't have my videos. They were in the M4ROOT folder. Hope this helps!!!

Idk if yall figured it out but try double clicking even though he says not to. On my right click it didn’t show either but I just clicked on the icon and then clicked on streamed and they were there. Hope this helps if you haven’t figured it out.

Can you explain by using the Sony Catalyst Browser how I can, 'Batch Capture' all of my clips using a SXS Card Reader from my PMW-EX1R palmcorder directly into my PC then to next import into Adobe Premiere?
Or can I use the Adobe Capture Utility to get only one large File like the way I used to Batch Capture my Sony Mini DV Cam?

Hello TYLER! Recently watched and extremely enjoyed your video tutorial! I just got a Sony XDCAM and discovered that I can put my SXS to SD card adapter directly into my card reader on my computer, transfer the files to my capture drive, the files show up as a folder called BRAV! Inside this fold is another folder called CLR! Isidebthis folder are lots of Sub folders containg the actual video files! I have to open each folder individually, Rename the save to a Capture location! Then when I go into Adobe I go into Media Browser, locate the capture drive and the files pop-up into thumbnails! This is too many extra steps and very time consuming!I What is the most effective way to import XDCAM footage into Adobe Premiere! What are your thoughts?

I just got a used Sony PMW-EX1R on eBay! Shot some footage on an SXS to SD Adapter Card. When I Uploaded all the Files via my SD Card Reader the Folder on my Capture SSD had many individual Folders that each contained Subfolders! How do I batch capture my footage from my Sony SD Card all video in one Folder? Like the way we used to, 'batch capture' our whole hour of Mini DV Video! What Software do I need?
