Just found you after buying hdmi ,cables and connectors. For connecting the phone to the camera.So now I have only the need for the usb cable.Stlli the cable will come in handy if I buy a monitor.doh.Great to know I have a simpler option to connect to phone now.

Lacks the key feature (for me) that the free Sony app (Creators') gives which is a clean view on the iPhone with camera controls disabled. Which I can give to a client or director to view while I shoot.

Is it possible to shoot vertically with the app? Mine, when I turn the camera to a vertical position (with the cell phone in "standing"/"stories" format), the view on the cell phone is in portrait mode, that is, it loses all the advantage of using the cell phone as an external monitor , and in addition the cell phone image is the opposite of the camera image. Hi, if you go in the menu in the top left corner you will see user interface orientation you can try landscape I think this will help you!
