      I have a neck/rotator cuff injury, a T-spine compression fracture, rt side sacroiliitis and hip bursitis, lt side sciatica (bad)
      I get so depressed because I can hardly get around. I am going to try this. Please say a prayer for me. 🛐

    Thank you! A knee injury has left me with limited mobility in my right knee, so was stuck with ways to exercise. This was just what I needed 😊

    This was incredible. I've got a foot injury and can't bear a lot of weight and didn't want to miss a workout. This helped a lot!!

    I have a recovering sprained ankle and I miss doing my daily workouts as the doctor suggested I get full rest. I was feeling pretty low when I found out about this video and started following the coach's instructions straightaway (as I was already sitting in my chair). I am covered in sweat right now and this feels amazing! Thanks a lot for uploading this video!

    I deal with anxiety unfortunately and when I would do aerobics for beginners, they were still a little much for me, i know my body is in need of very low impact stretching and moving.. Something where its not getting my heart going but instead circulation and burning effect on my body.. Wow what a perfect workout in 5 minutes! Towards the end I was still ready for more and my body feels warmer, great curculation was given and my heart wasnt burdened, thank you Ms.! 😊
    And thank you Jesus for allowing me to find her. 🙏🏼

    One of the best chair workouts I have done. I’m 66 years old and have tried several chair workouts and this is my favorite so far. It’s not too strenuous, but definitely still gives a quick beneficial work out.

    This chair was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were clear and I was about to follow along with no issues at all. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx5hPALGI87E991DRmXev8PUFJGrrRcONS I did stuff the back of the chair with a pillow so it wouldn’t be so hollow after taking all the pieces out but that’s just a personal preference. I also added a pillow for lumbar support because although this is a great chair and is comfortable, it’s not necessarily the best if you’re sitting 10+ hrs a day wfh but in all honesty for the price, I didn’t mind at all. It looks great in my space and easily adjusts the height when needed.

    So glad to find this workout. I have arthritis in my feet, knees, hips, and spine among other places. I have several workout videos and DVDs that I have to modify to the point that you wouldn't know it was the same workout. But with the exception of the shoulder I had surgery on 3 months before COVID (so physiotherapy was closed just after I started so the shoulder will never be normal) I don't have to modify this. So glad to find it. See you in 2 days!

    I have fibromyalgia and it really impacts my feet. I do aquasize at the local pool but needed something for days when they aren’t running classes. This was perfect! I couldn’t do all the exercises yet but I will try and do this as often as I can and get stronger!

    I had a knee injury in 2021 from a winter storm accident. in my right knee I have bone on bone and don't know when I will get to have surgery done. but I'm doing my best to get going. I look power walking and lost a lot of weight, certain exercises I can do and can't.. I just saw a other video like this, and I like to change up on my routine. this is easy and you don't over do it. easy and simple

    Oh my gosh, I must have turned into jello in the last couple of years because this was challenging! 😅 It’s a nice workout to figure out where I’m weak though and hopefully I can keep at this until it’s easier. ☺️

    Thank you very much for this. I have a really bad knee arthritis and this helps a lot. Around how many calories do I burn by doing this entire workout? Ive been counting calories and not sure if seated exercises are on the list. Thank you again!! This really helps me move my body with less impact on my knees.

    Able bodied runner here on a road trip and I just want anyone who maybe feels like this is an “easy” workout to know that it is a solid freaking workout and not at all a bad choice

    I love this.. But the lifting of the legs is really hard.. Do you have any suggestions to help strengthen our legs for lifting them? Some of these exercises are impossible for me right now - especially the ones starting at 6:28.

    I just injured my right foot at the gym (dropped a 40lb DB on it) now I'm limping. So, I got home and searched for "Chair workouts" and this popped up! ISN'T THE INNANET AMAZING!!!???

    i have a question, im a beginner , i never done any workouts in my life, i put on so much of weight , i cant do workouts by jumping because i will feel easily fainting, i want to ask, if doing workouts without jumping still can lose weight ? or if doing workouts by jumping only can effectively lose weight ?

      Hey Shanthi, of course, you can lose weight without doing any kind of jumping exercise. I'd personally suggest doing some basic yoga to better equip your body for more intense workouts! Hope this helps and all the best for your fitness journey!

    Well here I go I need this workout from months of laying in bed 🛏️ and gained like 45 pounds now in 177lbs 😕 here I go thank God I've been walking for two hours a day started in 15 minutes later 30lbs later 1 hour now 2 hours lets go
    work out time ☺️ stomach hurts today let's see how this goes ..........

    I feel defeated, the exercises with both legs in the air without an alternative were cruel to someone who cannot do a standup or floor routines.
