Hello,
I know that Kee Klamp are available in Europe ( www.keesafety.com/ ) but I think they are more expensive.
If you plan to build a similar structure, I recommend you to watch this website that contains many information : simplifiedbuilding.co.uk/projects/sports-gym
For me, each fitting was around 600~1000円, approximately 5~8 euro.
