Hello friend, I'm Brazilian and I really liked the style of your stool, this threaded bar with nuts you used, tell me the size of it and the nuts, I have metalon 40x40 2mm in your hands, the measurements of the stool I was in doubt as to the height of the seat and the size of the seat, if you can explain it better, I'm grateful, a hug!!
During bench press on incline. The upper body rest, basically works like a long lever and its gonna bend your m10 bolt hinge joint. You need a pinn and pipe joint as this is cirtical. It may survive only 100kg max and if you jerk it, then it can bend or sheer the bolt right off.
Nice bench..i want to copy it.. can you please give me the dimensions for Length from leg post to leg post, width for each horizontal legs, length of front and back main box frame and what angle, length and width of front and back seat box frames? Thanks man. Great job

Hey man, this bench looks awesome and I'm going to copy it. But I have a question, other than the 75cm box, I cant tell which one is the 30cm, the 33.5cm, the 35cm and the 40cm. Could you specify?? And also, what angle did you cut the 75 box?
Hello brother, thank you for sharing this video, your video is very helpful for me,but how can you fix seat with bench at last? can you sharing a video legcurl adjustment with this bench?
Hey Chris, I only used tack welding to hold all the elements together while assembling the construction. Once everything is set and all the angles are correct the entire construction is welded which, sadly, was not shown on the video.
I've one doubt, 4:34 the squares that you have used can have max weight capacity of 150kg to 200kg. How to increase that max weight load to atleast 250kg if not 300kg
Hi, thank you for sharing this nice and fantastic job, could you please tell me what are the dimensions of Legs of an incline gym bench, I am so excited about making one
Man a set of dimensions would be awesome. I'm going to build this today. I'm drinking my morning coffee. Figuring out what I can build with what I have on hand. Thanks for the inspiration.
Also was wondering about that. I thought he maybe first Beginn with just the points as usual, but didn't complete the welding 😲 wouldn't bench to much with it... Wouldn't be that much extra work to finish the welding compared to the total work, but would looks more professional and much more stable

i am learning 3D parametric CAD software named openSCAD. It is free. Now i can measure and build on the computer. If you know basic level programming, then you can try it to build your parts and understand whether they fit together or not. Also some same benches are with different brand names. Maybe you can find plans. My home bench press has 40x40 mm and 50x50 mm iron box profiles. Maybe I will learn welding, but it is dangerous in close place, ı watched a video about it.

Hey man! I know there isn't much sideways/shearing force on those welded joints, but does spot welding those joints together hold? I haven't really done any calculations, but that seems like a lot of stress because of the small surface area.
Hi.Thanks. Because it is easier because there is no grinding. The electrode fills the gap just enough so that it does not need grinding. It has to be grinded using the Mig process.
