Beautiful eggplant, last year I used eggplants as the centerpiece for a pot of annuals, double bonus, the flowers are so pretty and the fruit (vegetable) is a bonus.
Hi Lidia, I have a question. Have you heard of Luchada? Not sure of the spelling. My mother made it for many years It is made with Swiss chard, raisins as a filling in pastry. Also made with cabbage,walnuts and apples. Maria Altamura

I use non stick spray on foil when I need to tent food in oven. Cheese never sticks!!
