So many people are afraid to add anchovies to their dishes but they shouldnt be! I was never a fan of them but love their salty flavor in many pasta dishes and my favorite homemade salad dressings. Thank you for sharing your tips! I enjoy basic pasta meals-- they are always yummy!

I listened to your video carefully as you stated incorrectly twice. Thank you mate.. Buy the way, I've never had this creamy version of this pasta preparation. I will try is cause it looks delicious, specially the browned version where u blender the garlic after it has fried. I will boil my pasta al dente and then mix it in with the sauce and some of that starchy boiling water. One of the risks of cooking pasta like you did at the beggining of your video is that if one is not careful, the final product tastes like a lump of starch...Thank u for your creamy blended and fried garlic sauce. It really made my day!!!!
Well that first dish was essentially Spaghetti puttanesca. A classic simple Italian dish. Have cooked this for so many years. And yes full of flavour. The only addition would have done would have been to grate some pecorino or Parmigiano reggiano over it.
