Funny Story....These guys came to Martinsburg WV back in the early 90's when they were all over MTV. I was in a local band from Baltimore called Temper Temper....Our booking agent got us the gig opening for Danger Danger because Danger Danger and Temper Temper looked cool on the promo flyers for the show....Great buncha guys, treated us very cool!
wooo '89 was the shit, I saw danger danger open up for dangerous toys live in Fla, in a rat club ... oh & i sawem all coming off the tour bus and there was XYZ group too... after the gig...tohe bands pulled all the tittie dancers in the audience onto the bus,...lol.. it was so good then
My dad was a big music fan....all sorts of music. For all of us kids in the 80's that hung out at our house....he hooked the stereo up thru the TV.....our first homemade surround sound....so us kids could jam out while watching MTV. THANKS DAD for turning our basement into a teenage haven so we could hang out safely and enjoy being a kid!!! God Bless the 80's!!!!

the teens or david geffen? teens in each era generally just buy what's served up to 'em... by 1990 many of these hair/glam clean guitar tone bands went severely out of fashion almost overnight. The one thing that united many of them across both sides was heroin!
@@avocados4all What really killed off this type of band was the record labels push for lots of power ballads and very little actual rock/metal (which of course never made it to the radio or MTV). This made it too easy for many to just tune out new bands as just power ballad copycats and not actual hard rock, glam/hair, or metal bands. Then grunge came along and was the exact opposite of the power ballads that people had been tuning out for a few years so it's not that surprising that it took over.
it was more the fault of the record companies, they decided hair metal was out and Grunge was in and pushed the genre really hard which backfired after Cobain's death and Grunge became radioactive.

PyroDrummer 617 Timmons is a great player, but Tony Rey played on 9 of 11 tracks, including this one. Timmons played on the other two.
