i agree for the most part. Tommy Nikki and Mick are doing great, Vinces's job is to be the frontman and sing lyrics. my only complaint is if singing is your only job, you should be good at it.

Hear how good that guitar sounds? No matter how good J5 is, his tele doesn't have that Mick tone... mainly bc he uses a Octave pedal instead of tuning down.

Mick and Tommy are the only two pulling their weight onstage. Nikki is a very basic bass player but he's a good live performer. Vince? Eh, well...I think everyone knows about his live shortcomings.
The backing vocals are being piped into the PA from right off the album...definitely not live. When I saw them in 2012 it was very noticeable that all the backing vocals weren't being performed live.
I am never going to hate vinces or axl roses voice.

WOW, band still sounds great. But what happened to Vince?
He's been giving performances like that for years. For some reason he's fallen into the pattern of skipping words while he sings, probably because he's out of breath, and probably also because he just doesn't care enough about his craft to learn proper vocal breathing techniques.
I will say that he hasn't lost much vocal range, which is something you can't say for a lot of hard rock singers of his age. Most of them start sounding really thin and reedy in the upper register and eventually the band downtunes to compensate.
+keefriff99 I've seen interviews with Vince caring very much for the craft... If he is like me, it's all the past drug use, that'll fuck things up, brain is just not getting signals to the body easily anymore... Holes a gaps just happen,... Just an idea.
Not to long ago there was a video of Vince and Nick Cage high, drunk or whatever. They both looked to be in pretty bad shape. A few years ago I seen Motley Crue and it was the same. The band was fucking amazing, like every other time I've seen them.. But Vince just couldn't keep up.. Like said above, it sound like he was winded, out of breath. Going by how he looks now, being somewhat overweight, combined with the years of drug use.. It would not shock me to find out that, that was a big part of the farewell tour.. Nikki still looks to be in great shape, same as Tommy. Even Mick with his heath issues, looks to be more healthy than Vince.
+SDReptiles I'm speaking only from personal experience, certain substances other than weed, if smoked can cause COPD years later, making it difficult to exhale, in which makes it harder to catch the next breath.
losing 20 pounds might help as well with the breathing.

For the love of god, what language is Vince singing in? Seriously, listen to that shit at the beginning of this song. Makes me feel a little less sad I didn't go see them for their farewell tour. I stumbled across a Motley cover band at a festival last year and they blew me away. Their singer sounded like Vince did in the eighties when you could actually understand what he was singing. And this is coming from a Crue fan for well over 30 years.

There is no auto tune. If u look at another video that someone recorded on the night the vocals are the same.
It's funny how people think motley crue uses autotune but they don't I was at two of their concerts on this tour and each concert sounded different
Autotune is an effect used in the live mix, not the video. It'll sound the same on any recording of the same show.
