I was in a local band from Baltimore called Temper Temper....Our booking agent got us the gig opening for Danger Danger because Danger Danger and Temper Temper looked cool on the promo flyers for the show....Great buncha guys, treated us very cool!
I'm listening to these guys for the first time today. I've been into rock & metal music since the 1986-87 when I was 10, 11 years old. Listened to a lot of 70s, 80s rock before moving onto grunge & harder music but the 80s had some awesome stuff. If I had had some exposure to Danger Danger, I would have grown up a fan but sadly they didn't hit the Indian music market.

I totally forgot about this song till it came on my Sirius. Thank you hair Nation for reminding me of this kick ass group and song. Long live the 80s hair metal
Maybe it's just me but I noticed that rock in the 80 and older gave an inspirational/happy feeling while 90 made you feel shitty/suicidal and the 00 is a mix bag

I don't think grunge killed this kind of music, it had just been around for too long and the public got tired of it. We can enjoy it now because it's no longer in your face and you have to search for it to listen to it but in 90 and 91 it was getting old

Yes because of Andy Timmons.

Mikesdailyjukebox 1990
It says 1989 Sony BMG under the video?

Catchy chorus, loud drums and killer guitar work. Yep "Bang Bang" is an underrated 80s classic! Rock on Danger Danger!
Not underrated, just forgotten. Danger Danger came in late and didn’t get the attention they were looking for. The audience just wasn’t there anymore.
