Hey guys I just replaced all that in my car and the sensor for it. I just bought it and once I replaced all of that it was running great but I got this odb11 and now it's miss firing and sputtering and reading codes again. Now I had just replaced the plugs and coils a week before so there might be more going on that I didn't know about. The Cadillac Converter seems to be messing up too.
hello i am receiving p0303 on a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse V6 replaced spark plugs gapped slightly higher than OEM standard .39 to .42 all are good still receiving misfire replaced distributor cap and rotor, still misfire, replaced wires, still misfire, checked gapping, is still fine, switched wires on distributor (good wire to bad, bad to good) still only p0303, checked compression, compression in all 6 are about same, no visible wear inside engine either, this engine is perfectly fine besides misfire in 3. I have tried every solution to no avail. . . anyone with any tips tricks etc please share.
@nondainc I have changed the spark plug and engine coil on cylinder 3. Toyota Corolla 2004 Cleared the engine light and it came back on. I notice the spark plug is wet with engine oil.
I have a 2.0 Tsi scirocco which had a faulty crankshaft position sensor and was misfiring, rough idling and losing power and going in and out of limp mode, replaced the crankshaft sensor and all problems sorted, hope it helps anyone
Blessings and hey, I want to try and fix my P303 misfire cylinder on my 2014 Dodge Durango V6 limited , but having a little trouble locating the number 3 coil so I can change the spark plug and coil, any help with this is greatly appreciated it much, check engine just came on a few hours ago, will do some homework tomorrow, thank you my dad and God Bless
I got the same problem on my Hyundai santa fe, i replaced the spark plug, the ignition coil & the fuel injector but the check engine light still on and the car jerking when is on mode parking…. Any advice ?
P0303 may cause engine hesitation, pls also check: Clogged or faulty fuel injector 3 Fuel injector 3 harness is open or shorted Fuel injector 3 circuit poor electrical connection Ignition coil 3 harness is open or shorted Ignition coil 3 circuit poor electrical connection Insufficient cylinder 3 compression Incorrect fuel pressure Intake air leak

@@papaandnanakvlog9739 make sure you clear the fault (delete your check engine) first, if it shows up again, then you'll know its legit, ECU's love to throw faults around for nothing too.

That's categorically false. They are designed and intended to be able to adjust the gap to spec, especially as they wear. The best gap measure and adjust tools are either a set of feeler guage and adjust tool, or the all in one tool with wire loop guages. (The cheap circular model like the one you see in this video isn't great, get the wire loop model) Use the right tool, don't use pliers or anything like that - because you risk marring up/scoring the electrode surface or even breaking it off.

4Runner 2000 Plug and wire changed still code P303 how do/Idetect a leak?
I had p3001,3003 and 3005 simultaneously after 2-3 seconds of engine misses while going 70mph, dealer could find nothing wrong...any ideas?? than you

Hello, we highly suggest fixing the issue with the spark plug and let us know if the code will continue to persist.
Did the same with my 2013 Nissan rouge however I’m also getting a p0420 error
i had same issue, was bad valve cover gasket. Hope that helps or you already fixed it.

Never regap your spark plugs. They can break the tips off.
