As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Project 50 Goals ( altertion done for my convenience) 1. Wake up before 6:30 am 2. 5mins meditation 3. 10 push ups ( in morning and night) 4. No junk food 5. 10 mins (research on career) 6. Saying affirmation 7. Studying - maths, phy, chem daily 8. No insta(except for chats and seeings poem amd qoutes page), no youtube scrolling, no watching series. 9. Learn a new language ( 10mins) 10. Atleast 6hrs sleep.
No junk food is gonna be the hardest. I have ADHD and I don’t drink or smoke at all, so sometimes I snack or binge eat or have a nice energy drink or soda to get me flowing and focused again. Especially at work when I go on my break. Also, be late night snacking always gets me. But everything else should be easy for the most part. An hour a day working out could get annoying to keep up with since my workouts are usually 30 minutes, and an hour dedicated to learning a new skill could be difficult to discipline myself with when I wanna do other stuff. I always wake up at between 6 and 7 and do a morning routine anyway so those two rules are gonna be automatic for me. Just gotta make sure I don’t miss a day. I do read sometimes anyway so the reading 10 pages a day is pretty easy. The journaling is a nice way to end the day so that’s an easy one too. So yeah, the only one I’m really worried about is the junk food one. That’s gonna be TOUGH.

Trust me it's so hard to be in the discipline I mean everyday you can't be the same person just as 1st day you decided to stay motivated for 50 days hope y'all will do this challenge and please stay healthy and happy.
Couldn’t agree more with this post! Discipline, not motivation, is what keeps you on track. I used to struggle with procrastination until I learned to laugh at my excuses. Habit10x’s humor program taught me to see things differently. Keep going, and don’t take things too seriously!
It’s 30 days until ramadhan comes! I’ll do this for 30 days until I gain habits I want! 1- sleep and wake up early. 2- eating healthy and workout. 3- I won’t use social media, I’ll use my phone less than ever and live the real life. 4- reading a book ( finishing 3-4 books this month ) 5- learn and practice English. ^ even though I'll already do them but I wanna be more strict about them. The next month I’ll add new rules and habits I want gain 🥰🤍
That's a great plan! Good luck on building those habits. What books are you planning to read this month? And do you have any specific English learning goals you're aiming for?
@@tenzinlhoden Thanks! You too! 🤍 . I am reading : -48 laws of power. -Emotional blackmail. -The Laws of Human Nature. -The 7 habits of highly effective people. -you're a badass: how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life. . And the English thing, I really need some to practice with! I mean I can write as you see, but when I talk face to face or in a phone call (in a nutshell:using my voice in speaking) I start stuttering and forget everything because I just used to text.. so I need to practice speaking now! I need to improve my speaking skill! How about you?
@@femfiore That's an impressive reading list! Those books are all great for personal and professional growth. As for improving your speaking skills, one suggestion could be finding a language exchange partner who is also learning English. You can practice speaking with each other and help each other improve your language skills. There are also language exchange apps and websites available that you can try out. Keep up the good work! As for me, I'm also trying to improve my English so that I can communicate my thoughts better.
@@tenzinlhoden Exactly! Yeah I only know the hilokal app because it’s for free! And I know hellotalk but I don’t use it! Could you recommend me some free apps to practice speaking? The hilokal app is not really helping me!
"Thank you for reminding me that it’s okay to take things one step at a time. Your videos always make personal development feel more approachable and achievable!"
Just watched this, it’s almost New Years for me. I’ve made excuses for neglecting working out and reading since I work 40+ hours and night classes. Although there’s always a counter argument when you look at screen time and whatnot
I understand, I'm guilty of making excuses as well. We need to do less of that and start taking small action to build momentum and improve little by little. Eventually, you will see big results. Good luck with this challenge!
challenge accepted nov 13th (without junk food part cuz tryna bulk up) but everything else imma do to finish year. Tryna start new year with better habits and consistency is key.
That's the spirit! 🎉 We're excited to see your daily progress updates. Remember, every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Stay consistent, celebrate your wins, and learn from any setbacks. You've got this!
See you all after 50 days I'm sure about the journey that I'm gonna be different and will learn many things doing this challenge and will came out as a better person Kudos
Starting the challege from 20/5/24 i will definitely come here after 50 days and i reply to it. I promise i wont get out of my tasks Thanks for this wonderful video❤❤❤❤❤😊 I will return on 11/6/24
It's June 17 2024 Yea i was feeling very low since 1 week not gonna make it affect my life anyway starting it today, now. I will try my best tho ik i never cmplted any change in my life. Till July end I'll tell my progress if i was able to do.
That's fantastic to hear! Your enthusiasm is contagious. Remember, the hardest part is getting started. Once you do, keep pushing and never give up. Can't wait to hear about your progress. Let's do this!
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this channel. I think I will try my best to do this challenge. My hardest one will be the eating healthy part. I don't know how I will make it, but I will try anyways.
I appreciate videos like this. I struggle with personal demons and my past. Trying to change my life and at least have good things in my life before I die
I feel very accomplished because for a while now I have been watching self-improvement videos about habits and such and reading self-improvement books, and after watching this video I realized that I either do all of these or am on track to do all of these regularly (except wake up before 8 - my goal is instead to have a regular sleep schedule which I DO have and it really helps me). The only habit that I don't currently do that I want to do is meditation, and I have plans to start that, just with 5 minutes a day though because I can't focus for longer than that. This is a pretty solid vid :)
I'm glad to hear that you found the video helpful and that you've been working on improving your habits! It's great that you've been able to make progress and that you have a regular sleep schedule. It's definitely important to prioritize getting enough rest. As for meditation, starting with just a few minutes a day is a great way to begin. You can gradually increase the amount of time you spend meditating as you become more comfortable with the practice. It can take some time and patience to develop the ability to focus for longer periods of time, but it's definitely worth it. Keep up the good work!
As my exams are after 50 days so I can't start new things that takes much time and which is apart from my syllabus right now but I am writing my version here for exams so here it is 👇 1. WAKE up before 7 and sleep till 11 2. Outdoor exercise 30 mins 3. STUDY 6+ HRS daily 4.Track your daily progress 5. Complete your to do 6. Don't skip your meal 7. No junk food Start date :28-02-24 End date :19-04-24 Will edit it on 20th april Exam on 21st April ❤
4/24/2023 is going to be my day 1 (watching this video super late at night, already wrote down my goals for tomorrow in a journal). Will leave a reply to this comment every 5 days or so and give an update! Excited to try this! Edit 1: Relapsed today, restarting on 5/7/2023
That's fantastic! It's never too late to start your journey, and I'm so glad you're taking the plunge. Writing down your goals is a great way to stay focused and accountable. I'm looking forward to your updates every 5 days and hearing about your progress. Best of luck, and remember - you've got this!
a couple days in now, this have been going well. Writing down my goals really helps me stay focused, and on top of the 7 in the video i gave a few secondary goals which I've been hitting for the most part each day as well. Coming back every 5 days isn't going to give me too much to talk about, so I'm going to instead come back here halfway through and on day 50
So I already do most of that. But here is a version for the ones that don't have that much time left in the day after work. *Work out 4 Times a week- it's not important how long (min 5minutes) *Go for a walk or run every day for at least 1/2. The time is not lost, after that you will feel more energized and you can work harder and faster. *Try to spend at least 2 hours a week on a hobby that makes you happy *Don't consume more than an hour per day *Drink at least 6 glasses of water *Work efficient! *Spend time with other people at least once every too weeks *Meditate every day for 5 minutes until you feel comfortable with it *Try to eat brain food: Avocado, blueberries, dark chocolate (not too much) and avoid junk food, try to eat 3 meals a day (no eating in between or skipping) *try to sleep regularly. Go to bed and stand up at the same time and try to sleep between 7-9 hours per day *Ceep track of your progress in a bullet yournal for the most important points- try to make it short and easy to see the progress. Refekt your progress at the end of every week, and more important the challenges you went through. It's most important that your body is fit and that you have an easy guide that also works for the hard days in life. You can always adapt more to these habits, but first of all I would start and do it for at least 3 weeks, before you start o adapt it better to your life. The aim is not to do a hard challenge. Instead feel healthy and happy and through this state of mind you can reach everything ;* If you want, you can leave a comment once a month to ceep track of your progress and receive some positive comments in return.
It's evening when I'm first watching this vid. I'll start this from tomorrow and update it here day-wise. Currently, I'm preparing for an exam and working part time from home. I'll stay consistent and hope to be better than my past

Project 50 Challenge 2023: A 50-day mental and physical transformation challenge involving rules like early rising, reading, exercise, skill learning, healthy habits, tracking progress. Emphasizes consistency and discipline.
You can do it! Good luck!
I can feel ur struggle.
Consistency builds discipline, even when motivation fluctuates.

About this
having a morning routine has literally changed my life and set me up for success during the day. thank you for this video, Tenzin!
I totally agree and happy you liked it. Good luck with everything!
Same! I started this challenge a couple of weeks ago and I definitely want to keep the habit of having a morning routine forever!
4- reading a book ( finishing 3-4 books this month )
5- learn and practice English.
You too! 🤍
.
I am reading :
-48 laws of power.
@@tenzinlhoden and how about you? what is your list of books?
"Thank you for reminding me that it’s okay to take things one step at a time. Your videos always make personal development feel more approachable and achievable!"
Just watched this, it’s almost New Years for me. I’ve made excuses for neglecting working out and reading since I work 40+ hours and night classes. Although there’s always a counter argument when you look at screen time and whatnot
I understand, I'm guilty of making excuses as well. We need to do less of that and start taking small action to build momentum and improve little by little. Eventually, you will see big results. Good luck with this challenge!
I am from India 🇮🇳 your informative video won my heart ❤️❤️
challenge accepted nov 13th (without junk food part cuz tryna bulk up) but everything else imma do to finish year. Tryna start new year with better habits and consistency is key.

I am 14 and I am trying to make my life much better and more satisfying 😊
This is a great challenge. I am excited to do this in January 2024.
Same
I feel very accomplished because for a while now I have been watching self-improvement videos about habits and such and reading self-improvement books, and after watching this video I realized that I either do all of these or am on track to do all of these regularly (except wake up before 8 - my goal is instead to have a regular sleep schedule which I DO have and it really helps me).
As my exams are after 50 days so I can't start new things that takes much time and which is apart from my syllabus right now but I am writing my version here for exams so here it is 👇
1. WAKE up before 7 and sleep till 11
2. Outdoor exercise 30 mins
3. STUDY 6+ HRS daily
4.Track your daily progress
5. Complete your to do
6. Don't skip your meal
7. No junk food
Start date :28-02-24
End date :19-04-24
Will edit it on 20th april
Exam on 21st April ❤
Coming back every 5 days isn't going to give me too much to talk about, so I'm going to instead come back here halfway through and on day 50
Today is August 22, 2024 and from now on I will be following this challenge till I genuinely complete it in accordance with it's rules.
Thanks for keeping it under 5min.
I will try out the challenge myself and will update it in 50 days.
See you later guys!
Glad you liked it. Good luck!!
Dope ass thumbnail bro. Can guarantee - doing these things changed the trajectory of my life, do it for 6 months be unrecognizable.
Thanks thanks thanks for sharing this challenge it seems to be the perfect thing to start new year and hope you reach 100 k subscribers soon!
Challenge accepted!!!
Well i have problems being consistent and this is gonna be a tough one but better safe than sorry...
You'll do great, good luck!
So I already do most of that.
But here is a version for the ones that don't have that much time left in the day after work.
*Work out 4 Times a week- it's not important how long (min 5minutes)
*Go for a walk or run every day for at least 1/2. The time is not lost, after that you will feel more energized and you can work harder and faster.
*Try to spend at least 2 hours a week on a hobby that makes you happy
*Don't consume more than an hour per day
*Drink at least 6 glasses of water
*Work efficient!
*Spend time with other people at least once every too weeks
*Meditate every day for 5 minutes until you feel comfortable with it
*Try to eat brain food: Avocado, blueberries, dark chocolate (not too much) and avoid junk food, try to eat 3 meals a day (no eating in between or skipping)
*try to sleep regularly. Go to bed and stand up at the same time and try to sleep between 7-9 hours per day
*Ceep track of your progress in a bullet yournal for the most important points- try to make it short and easy to see the progress.
Instead feel healthy and happy and through this state of mind you can reach everything ;*
If you want, you can leave a comment once a month to ceep track of your progress and receive some positive comments in return.
wow, thank you for this comment!
It's evening when I'm first watching this vid.
I'll start this from tomorrow and update it here day-wise.
