Brilliant video! I am 69 and in better shape than I was in my 50's. I know you are focussed on 25-30 year olds but your truth works for old guys like me too. While I have my own personal style, I enjoy watching you take care of yourself. You are an inspiration! Thank you!
I'm 21 right now and I feel like I consistently do most of what you talked about in this video. I'm still kind of in an in between stage in my life right now as I'm going to school and working towards finding a career to have after I graduate, but for the most part, I feel successful. Thank you Tim, for giving me reassurance that doing the right thing for myself does in fact pay off. I know that my hard work won't go to nothing
Same man, being apart of the top 5% means 95% wouldn’t make it. It’s meant to be hard both mentally and physically to truly get rewarded in life. What field/profession are you going into btw if you don’t mind me asking
Im 21 too and constantly feel the way you do, while im focused in these aspects or habits and feeling that it wont be rewarded for a few year is a lot of uncertainty
I know tim won't see this, but I just wanted to say this video is just amazing. I am literally in a period of my life where sometimes I feel like i'm where i'm supposed to be then suddenly I fall into a pit. People like Tim are those deserving of being called an "influencer". Thank you for motivating me Tim. All the best for you.
Don’t underestimate the number of comments I read haha! Thank you for your kind words Francis. Keep your head up high and keep moving forward! You got this 🤝
Holy shit, never thought this channel would drop a self-improvement bomb as hard as this! Awesome video, I have been implementing some of these myself in the past year, and my self esteem, living standards and general happiness with my life has shot through the roof.
It's really comforting and inspiring to hear these lessons from someone you look up to. I was a subscriber ever since you published those videos on white shirts, and I'm glad to see the success you have now. Thanks for the video Tim!
I have never commented on a youtube video but this video definitely deserves a comment. I'm 34 years old, married for 7 years with two kids and now have hit a very difficult point in my life. This video definitely covered some important points which was surprisingly very personal to me, and gave me a small push somewhere inside.. Thanks Tim. All the best.
the part of you saying how even with all your efforts it still isn’t perfect really turned a switch on me. perfection isn’t real and i feel like it drives people crazy. doing everything you can should be enough. thanks man
This has to be one of the most important videos I’ve ever watched. It deserves to be watched over and over when I am feeling demotivated and lost. Thank you so much!
Here to remind all the disabled folks here that it’s okay to chill out. You are not lazy. Your personal version of success is just as valid as this guy’s. The goal for us is to find a sustainable way to continue surviving and not hit burnout. Sending love to you ❤
I'm 27 right now. I've been looking for a video that would give me the motivation I needed, and I'll take this as a sign. I've already watched the video, but I'll save this to remind myself that with these habits, I have the power to change the course of my life. Thank you, Tim.
Good luck! But I hope you don't become reliant on motivation, which is an easy trap to fall into when YT mass-recommends self help videos. It's good for providing the initial push, but it comes and goes, and has led many to go through "cycles" of improvement and crashing. Instead note down the tips these videos provide on paper, and implement one or two habits at a time slowly in small, incremental steps to help build discipline. You'll realize a couple months down the line that with discipline, you do that habit consistently whether you're motivated or not and will be less prone to burnout. I hope you're making some progress now and continue to do so :)
I was always really bad with #7, I always hated how I looked, my mindset etc and I realized that I was the only person who got me to that spot. Freeing myself from that mentality made me so much better and brought my life to a positive, outward focus instead of a narrow inward view. It was really tough, for me it was totally the hardest for me on this list but it has done wonders. I love these videos!
I love this video. He speaks about things that most of us can relate to or are sttruglling with. He's real and not fake about the subjects he talks about. I'm 22 and I've had my ups and downs since turning 18. I was doing engineering at 18 and a paralegal program, but I kept having so many issues with my PC and money. I didn't get a job until I was 20 and I couldn't drive until I was 20. I come from a poor famliy and it's been hard these past years. I'm currently working on my paralegal degree and then going back to engineering, finally. When I was a teen got trapped in some of these things that he has talked about and I'm still working on some of them, but I've learned a lot and have grown up. I think most of us who watched this video can relate to it and I hope that everyone has grown or is growing to become a better version of themselves. From what I've learned so far is that you need goals and you need to be commited to them. Porn is nothing but a bottomless pit that will steal your life and happiness away if you don't get some help. Honestly, it's very hard to get away from it but I think that one of the main reasons a lot of people get trapped in it is beacuse it they're bored or thye're not doing anyting. Get out and excersise and learn something new, even if you have a degree already. Also, don't waste your time and energy on fake people and people who just want to use you. Also, stay away from social media as that is another trap and is just a waste of your time. In the end, set goals, keep 1 or 2 close friends (real friends), stay away from social media, and if you're addiceted to porn, get some help. I know it's embarrasing to talk about but it will feel amazing once you get away from it and see how much time you have and energy.
Honestly, I don't know if others agree with this but, I think porn should have a lot more regulations around it. It's way too easy to access, especially for kids.
My problem with setting goals is that my interests are constantly changing. Seems like every other month I'm starting a new hobby. I didn't go to uni simply because I had no idea what to study, too many options, and now im 24 and not any closer to finding out. I've tried doing different jobs but they're hard to get into without the education or prior experience. I really don't know what to do or focus on. I got good grades in high school but don't enjoy academia at all, much prefer doing something creative or making something, but I'm not as good at that. Idk im just ranting at this point but I'm clueless
I would like to offer a different take, especially on „hustle“. And I do consider myself to be someone who very much has their life together, now at 30. I am exceptionally good at my profession and I did learn quite a lot over the last few years. And that is that hustle culture *is* a negative thing. Because it pushes you to go over your limits, to forget your own physical and mental health. Because it is near impossible to get everything done that you want to get done - work, chores, your relationship, sport, friends, relaxing, etc. Also, I learned that almost everything is possible in less time. More work often doesn‘t yield more results because your body is fatigued after a certain time - again, mentally and/or physically. So most people don‘t work more than 5 hours of an 8 hour work day productively. Just upping work time doesn‘t make a significant difference. Instead, listening to your body, knowing when you need rest or when you‘re exhausted, makes you more productive if you give your body what it needs. Hustle culture promotes going over these limits and doing unproductive work in the hopes that more work also means more money/success. But statistics show pretty clearly that just isn‘t the case. Like, if you don‘t take the time after an injury to heal properly, you might re-injure yourself or healing takes quite a bit longer. So taking the time most often is the more productive choice instead of „hustling“. Yes, there are certain times where a lot of work needs to be done in a short amount of time, but that should be for a very (very!) limited time only. Slow and steady progress is by far superior to short term, immediate progress. Also: consider „survivorship bias“. A lot of people promoting „hustle culture“ are the few who were lucky to get to the point where they are visibly successful, but there are a lot of people who did the exact same thing but were not as successful. So this is far from a real recipe for success, otherwise it would - as you said, Tim - be easy to reproduce, if you just had to work harder. And I for one have seen a lot of success in respecting that everybody needs time for themselves, that not hustling but leading a balanced and healthy life leads to much more productivity. I do like the point of accountability though. That I think is really important, because you can only improve when you acknowledge your own shortcomings - and it is also the only thing you can work on. Most other things are out of your own control. This is btw something I learned from playing multiplayer video games in my teens. And also from my own past failures that forced me to reflect what I did wrong and what I would enjoy more than I was doing at the time. So I really want to emphasize accountability while strongly refuting „hustle“ as some useful habit.
You are the most real, down to earth, realistic UA-camr I have watched who actually gives relatable personal scenarios and does not act like they just above everyone else but you actually share how you improved personally and then simply share that with viewers. 90% of all these self help gurus on UA-cam portray themselves to be the exception, like their lives are now perfect yet that isn’t the case for sure
I don't really comment on videos ever, but I feel like this was made for me. Tim, I've been following your videos for a while now, and I am the younger brother you're talking about. I'm 22 years old, just graduated from college, and just moved to a new town for a new job. I've been trying to settle in and get comfortable, but I just keep seeing old patterns come up. I'm ready to take this new season of life and get the most out of it I possibly can, and these 7 steps are exactly what I needed. while not exactly nothing I haven't heard before, there's nothing like the algorithm recommending this for me in this moment. there are no coincidences in life, and this is the push I needed to really get my crap together and live life by design. you probably won't see this, but thank you. I thank God that you were passionate enough to make this. I really appreciate it. Even in your vulnerability to talk about porn (and it being the first point) was a sign that I don't need it, and there is so much more out of life than temporary fixes. I am ready to try something different.
I never commented on your videos before, but point number 7 with the extreme accountability is one of my main tricks to get my focus back. Nobody ever said the same or agreed with me on that, so glad somebody thinks the same. Maybe great minds think alike. It got me from getting rejected from my dream company with 19 to getting an internship there that's beyond everything I could imagine there 4 years later, absolut murderous trick. Keep up the good work.
Many young men don't have hobbies or link up with a social group or community to explore those hobbies with. Develop social skills and building up a network, whether it is with friends, professionals, or on social media by running a UA-cam channel and engage with an audience, are huge game changers for confidence. We self isolate, fall for bad habits/vices, and wonder why all hope is lost for the future. A huge step in the right direction is to get fit. If you're in your young 20s, the BEST thing you can do is get a gym membership and consistently work out. Get yourself in the best shape of your life. It will make you way more confident with women/men and improve you mood and perspective. Solid video.
I think the last point of extreme accountability can also lead you to an unhealthy point in life where you are feeling overstressed and depressed. I think looking at your own part in a problem is always good, but if something is really not your fault then you also should not take that responsibility. Life is not that black and white. It may take more mental effort but in the end i think it is much more realistic and mentally healthy to take the time out of your day to reflect on things that bother you and try to recognize what is on you and what is not rather than going to extremes and externalizing or internalizing everything.
As someone in my mid-twenties I’ve been trying to stick with some big healthy changes, similar to this video. This definitely renewed my motivation to keep up these habits. Keep up the great work tim it’s been great following you over the years
Thanks you so much man for these advices, i can tell it was a genuine and from then heart talk. Im a 24yo guy who has suffered a lot from depression, ocd, anxiety and other stuff, and right now im at the point where im taking my life into my own hands so your vid couldnt be any more helpful. Stay healthy, happy and strong.
Hey Tim, thank you so much for this video! I am in a transforming stage of my life right now. I luckily crossed the line from doing what others want to doing what I want. Your honesty and openess are cheering me up that it was okay to have been going some detours. I wish everyone to find themself, their purpose and the courage to live their truth. Sending a lot of love from Germany ♥
This is brilliant! And it comes at a perfect timing for me. I'm 28 years old and I think I'm having that glass-breaking moment right now, when I'm evaluating many aspects of my life and, as you wisely said, taking accountability for what I can change and control. Thanks, Tim!
Tim Dessiant Thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom and life lessons with the UA-cam community. I wholeheartedly appreciated this video as I am currently a full time student in college struggling trying to figure out what’s for me and what’s not for me. I’m 27yrs old and even at my age I feel like I’m so far behind but after watching this I realized if I want to become the man I envisioned myself to be I have to put down unnecessary habits, look away from the things causing me unnecessary stress and thrive for the future I want. Respectfully Pierre
i love how you're suggesting your own personal experience and not just some tips we've seen in every single video talking about these topics, great video mate.
Just recently finished my finals this semester and now heading towards summer break. Will do my best to stick and follow the advices you've provided. I'm 20 years old now and this video is excellent for guiding me in life as I kind of have a hard time surviving college especially when I don't have a clear focused goal on my mind.
Setting clear goals is the most important change in my life. Like grow my character, what do i want to achieve in terms of school/university or developing the body. And the best feeling is when somebody gives you positive feedback out of the blue to something you are working on rn
Hey Tim, I turned 26 this year and just opened my first F&B venture. I felt like I was drowning both operationally & financially, given that i was hit with many unfavorable situations. Not understanding the complexity of the business as my first venture. Your video resonated alot with me. ‘If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.’ Thank you for your words of wisdom 🙏🏻
I love Tim making these videos , also porn and masturbation is something many people don’t know the bad things it can do to you and I’m glad Tim took the time to explain part of it and not only posting fashion videos! Much love Tim !
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 196 subs and almost 82 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.
Couldn't you have made this earlier my man!? I know these 'guidelines' are everywhere, but coming from a person that you admire does make a massive difference. Better late than never :)
This is one of the best motivational videos I've seen: promotes how each individual has their own personality and necessities instead of a cookie cutter approach. The product ad was also actually enjoyable to watch as well 😅
Super interesting video. I'm 26 and have been working full time for almost two years after finishing university. All those thoughts and topics in this video are what I am currently seeing as they are drastically changing in my life. Love that you shared your experience.
Great delivery Calm, non hype. Really enjoy that you talk about these important lessons while still being chill, it’s like hanging with a friend great vibe
This literally got me out of the helpless mindset. The habits that struck me the most are Massive action-taking and Extreme Accountability. I've always been ambitious and think that since I'm on the right track, I'll get there eventually. Slowly, when I got my first job (I'm 22 btw), I became a bit too comfortable and was wasting time left and right. But no, the grind should never stop! I love how he emphasized the word "aggressively". We have to be very harsh on ourselves. And, although I focus on the internal locus of control, I have a bit of a victim mindset. Like what he said, if only I was raised properly (my parents are kind and loving, don't get me wrong, just not prepared for parenting. Learning how to parent isn't really a thing here), I wasn't mixed in with toxic people, etc. But, that really wasn't right because, at the end of the day, it's me who takes action. What I want to add to this impactful video is to have balance, self-awareness, and forgiveness. Balance, he had already touched on this briefly but I'd like to make it more practical. Separate the grind from recovery and that recovery should be active recovery. Passively watching Netflix while lying on your bed is not active recovery. Self-awareness, know that you are weak and flawed. You will not have a Goggins mindset overnight. We cultivate it. So, be patient with yourself if you go back to your time-wasting lifestyle. Lastly, forgiveness. This is already part of self-awareness. You have to forgive yourself for making mistakes. You all have heard this cliche, nobody is perfect. You can never have a perfect streak of something. Consistency is not just about doing something every interval, it's about getting back on track after being distracted. And, that's fine.
I really needed this. As a recently 20 year old man I have spent the past few months in a slump, unemployed and spending my time playing video games and ignoring myself. Since watching I started driving lessons, I got back into yoga and I’m off porn. Most influencers either make me feel worthless or encourage bad behaviour, thank you for this❤
well if you enjoyed yourself while doing those other things, than it was for yourself as well and you can't knock it. But if it made you feel better to get rid of those things then more power to ya!
man, Tim! Thank you for sharing these! Totally agree on all points! Took me 30 years and a great loss before I started changing my life and became more aware, intentional, and accountable. I guess what I need to work on right now is point number 3, Massive action taking. I feel that I'm still in the safe zone and not pushing myself to failure because of fear of burnout, but there will always be a way. I just need to figure it out
I didn't thought that this video will be so insightful and personal. Great one! The first habit took me by surprise and kept me engaged bc of your openness and honesty. Thanks!
Honestly I’m 20 and I’m running from war in Russia and this video actually gave me new things to think about. Being afraid of war and having bad financial situation is really frustrating but this video gave me different perspective but still yeah it’s hard. Thank you for this video
This is a fantastic video. I am 21, and have already noticed myself slowly learning a few of these tips and applying my experience to them. But there are definitely some on here that I have not been acting on yet, and need to improve on, especially delaying gratification and massive action taking. Thanks Tim.
Great video. Points 4 and 5 were the best for me. I think there’s too much pressure for people to get up at 5am because we’re being made to feel we’re not getting “a head start on the day” and carpe diem and all that. It was great to hear you say that there is no difference to the amount of hours you sleep - it’s just choosing them at different times to suit you. I’m not a morning person whatsoever and struggle to get out of bed before 9, but wide awake in the evenings. Thanks for this Tim, was great validation.
Training yourself in moderation will do so much more for your life than cutting things off or diving into things 100%. Set times and schedules, understand when it’s too much and not enough. Train your mind to understand when to do more and when to do less.
About "delaying gratification" I would recommend finding a balance. When you find a balance, life becomes more enjoyable. I tried my best to avoid it and ended up going into depression. So find a balance ;)
I found out that waking up early is better for what I wanna do but I really appreciate how you realized that it isn’t for you and still were productive with your time and it just shows that doing what works for you is what will help in the end
Thank you for posting this video, it gave some clarity for my own life and life choices. And I'm turning 20 next month, and needed to the knowledge you have talked about. I hope you have a awesome day and keep up the good work
This is great, Tim! Honestly happy that I can see I try to follow a lot of these to some level, but it's very gratifying to hear you say it; 1. I'm on the right path, and 2. it motivates me to try harder on them too. PS: Love to see you getting big sponsorships from tech brands!
I just went through a beak up last month that showed me how immature I really am. Over the course of a month this vide has really changed my life for the better. I’m heading in a new positive direction in my life and it’s because of my new found discipline
Great video tim, you have influenced my style a lot but this is probably the most important video you've made. So many people especially kids my age are becoming addicted to porn or adult content even when I try to convince them to stay away from it.
Damn I really needed to hear all of this. Thank you Tim! I've been working towards building healthy habits recently as I've now graduated from College, but this motivated me even more to strive towards a career I actually want to do instead of what I thought I was meant to do.
I’m gonna comment on this right now so I can come back to it in 6 months and see where I’m at. Extremely inspirational! Wanted to skip the gym as I laid here watching this and now I’m on my way to the gym.
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 7 months ago about self development. Now I have 706 subs and > 200 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
Just to start this, I have not hit my twenties yet, I think I adopted some things you said quite naturally, but for me some of them act negatively. I set myself clear goals, but because I don't want to chase after big goals I only pursue small goals, the massive action taking is in turn countered by taking little action to achieve small goals. The extreme accountability is also hard-wired into my brain, I want to take responsibility and accountability for all my actions which in turn leads me to be very cautious and try not to take on any risk so it makes it harder to fail. I'm in a critical stage in my life right now, where I'm trying to figure out what I want to do in my future, it's now that I have to deliver good grades, find out what I'm passionate about and how to make my passion work for me. I'm really engaged in language learning since a few years (I mean English isn't my first language, I'm studying Japanese since about 2.5 years and I've also started learning Spanish since like half a year). Recently I've also come into contact with Buddhism, which greatly lead me to questioning my ethics and moral compass and in turn made me a more conscious person as a whole. Thank you for your advice, I love it when I can get genuine advice from someone that has more life-experience than I have.
Just turned 24 graduated from college a year ago but realized I don’t even know what to do after. This video really was helpful gotta start really planning and figure out my passions and being organized.
Dude I'm 29 (turning 30 this year) and I want to live my best life and live it to the fullest. I want to also use my experience to build my youtube channel and start making videos consistently. I'm working towards other goals like becoming a personal trainer and coaching others but I find sometimes I just get lost in the stagnation of procrastination.. but I am resetting my vision and keeping myself focused on what matters so I can start living the lifestyle that I am after. I felt that at my age I'm screwed but I'm starting to realise that it doesn't matter about when you start. It's just starting.
Tim! Dude way to be bold and be willing to speak the truth to us guys out here. You're a leader in a unique way through your content, and it's awesome to see that the type of motivation that drives you. I love the fact that you came right out of the gate with nofap. So sick, bro! 👊🏻
Thank uuu😭😭, u make me so relieve because when i thought i will gonna change my life and then a toxic hustle culture opinion come to my mind, I was like ok maybe i will try to balance it, and the fact i never started to improve my life because i feel comfortable, and the moment i want go all out i am scared about this toxic hustle culture thing, I am so lost and dont know what to do, thanks to you that i know what should i do, big thanks✨
Great video, man. I 100% with all the points mentioned in the video. I’m on the path to get them all right at 21 yo and of course there’s still a lot to get to this point, but I feel that, since I started to chase this, my life has gotten infinitely better, more fulfilling, I feel more like a man and more like an adult. to be able to grind hard, i believe that the visualization of your future self thinking about your past decisions is definitely one of the most important steps. loved this video, keep it up
Tim, I've stopped watching your video for a while. But this one, really some thing that I got to say thanks. Great advices. Im in late 20s now and struggling alot to figuring what to do to improve my life, your video is so helpfull.
Thanks for this Tim. I usually watch your style videos but I recently turned 25 & just had this instant realization that I need to start getting my life together & this was the perfect video for me to see. I’ll come back a year from now (God sparing) & let you know how much your video helped me 🫶🏿
Skipping the gym and not doing your normal routine is fine, if you can get back into that routine then you know you've built your mind to stay persistent in your goals
This was a fantastic video, well thought out and planned, good focus and flow between habits. Honestly it was also very relatable, and i was proud that i already follow some of these habits
I love loveddd this video! I've watched so many "habits" videos, but really appreciated hearing your perspective. I can especially relate to the sleeping one as a night-owl who's also tried to be an early riser! Thanks for your transparency, Tim :)
Hey Tim. I have not yet finished the video but I am pausing right now to say thanks. I am turning 25 this year and I am legit lost in many if not all aspects of life. This helps a lot. More than you will understand. Thank you. Will resume with the video now. Thanks!
Tim, I just finished the video. And my eyes sweat when you said that if you had a little brother, these are the advises you will give him. I am that younger brother as this helped me see things differently. Thank you. Cheers!
I think the only thing missing that you didn’t touch on is diet. It also has an underrated impact on how we optimize functionality on a daily basis. It also overlaps with other focal points of your video such as delayed gratification. It comes down to habitual discipline, and what we ingest should be a part of this routine.
Great video Tim, you’ve cracked your own code, the one i struggle with when it comes to getting my head down for late nights sometimes is delaying gratification, i will now think of my rocking chair self. One maybe interesting thing for you to think about; i used to hate mornings and had a similar mindset to you about it, 3 months ago i started getting 6am ice baths every single day and my morning grogginess vanishes and a whole new side to me i wasn’t aware of flourishes. Keep it up, much appreciation.
One powerful thing I didn’t see mentioned here that I learned from reading Atomic Habits by James Clear is that setting goals is good but embracing your identity is even more powerful. You will be more impactful with your intentions to set good habits and change if you tell yourself, I am a Software Engineer. I am a Businessman. I am a Designer. You’ll embrace your identity and therefore the habits and goals that come with it way more effectively.
I am 21 and stumbled upon this video, and this is really helpful! I already did some of the stuff you mentioned, so I feel like I am on a good track already. One thing I always put off is going to the gym. As an introvert, it is a very big overcoming for me to go to the gym. I am going to probably start exercising at home for now. I feel like doing something (even at home) is 1000 times better than doing nothing.
I have been exercising regularly for almost 4 months now in my home, and at first it was a great overcome, but now I actually enjoy doing it. I also have drastically reduced my screen time and gaming and spent more time outside and with friends. I completed a lot of other goals I set for myself, like skincare, a new haircut, a style, etc. Kinda weird, but it was and still is like a hobby for me to improve myself. Essentially, I wrote everything on paper that bothers me about myself. Now, almost 1 year after I saw the video, I still have some stuff, but I think I have made great progress so far. Right now I want to get into reading, cooking, and running. However, I also had setbacks, like bad shit happened in my life, and sometimes I got overwhelmed because I wanted to change too many things at once. So I slowed down a little, and I think that worked out for me.
I’m 19, my first big love which made me to change myself to unrecognizable results in one month has failed, but that’s not a lose cause I did an effort. Now I decided to stay committed to my self and continue working on myself with primary focus. I just need to overcome that. Only the God can help me now.
I am so thankful for this video, extremely because I am 16 and my own life is starting right now, hear this advice from the person, that is real and close to you and your interests is so cool, thank you very much 😌
Hey man, thanks for the extreme accountability tip at the end. Not that it would've been a new one to me, but hearing it now made me realise, for the first time, that it actually applies to taking care of yourself not just by doing more but also _doing less_ when what you need is actually rest to protect your health. So yeah, thank you. Will have to remember that.
Needed to hear this. I had a rough starting with everything but I hope one day I can be proud of myself and definitely a helpful video it made me aim for something and thought of ways to improve myself that I’m lacking at moment.

Step 1 and step 6 contradict eachother.
@@azngf 😂😂 There are also other kinds of gratification than masturbation don't worry
Brilliant video! I am 69 and in better shape than I was in my 50's. I know you are focussed on 25-30 year olds but your truth works for old guys like me too. While I have my own personal style, I enjoy watching you take care of yourself. You are an inspiration! Thank you!
Cheers my guy
Have an amazing day Don

You're 69, watching UA-cam?
I just have turned 25 and have been feeling lost my whole life. Thank you for this video, I think it really hit me.
25 is still early brother - its a good time to catch it and get things straight. Best of luck!
@@PavelowB99you’re here as a hero 🎉

Keep your head up and keep moving forward my friend! You got this 🤝
Keep it up!!! We are all rooting for you and for your family :)
the part of you saying how even with all your efforts it still isn’t perfect really turned a switch on me. perfection isn’t real and i feel like it drives people crazy. doing everything you can should be enough. thanks man
This has to be one of the most important videos I’ve ever watched.
You got this my friend 🤝
If you want to maintain the good habits you should read aromic habits :)
you got this!
Tim, your journey is inspiring. I think having a solid foundation in our 20s really sets the stage for the future.
Holy shit bro what a essay. It’s so true. Thank you for understanding

Thank you for saying this, you fully verbalized what I wanted to say
You are the most real, down to earth, realistic UA-camr I have watched who actually gives relatable personal scenarios and does not act like they just above everyone else but you actually share how you improved personally and then simply share that with viewers. 90% of all these self help gurus on UA-cam portray themselves to be the exception, like their lives are now perfect yet that isn’t the case for sure
Thank you. Im 20 and I’ve been feeling depressed and confused. I feel behind in life. But it’s time to stop the bullshit. You really helped me out rn.
I love how you broke down the importance of small habits. It's so true that they add up over time.
I love these types of videos Tim. More of these please!!! The vibe these videos give off is really relaxing
I love that you're answering 4 days old comments, while the video itself is 4months old. It's a rare sight!
I just love how Tim's content is always honest and in touch with reality
Keep up the great work tim it’s been great following you over the years
You must not rely on motivation, discipline is the key to Midas.
Hey Tim, thank you so much for this video! I am in a transforming stage of my life right now. I luckily crossed the line from doing what others want to doing what I want.
Your honesty and openess are cheering me up that it was okay to have been going some detours.

This is brilliant! And it comes at a perfect timing for me. I'm 28 years old and I think I'm having that glass-breaking moment right now, when I'm evaluating many aspects of my life and, as you wisely said, taking accountability for what I can change and control. Thanks, Tim!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom and life lessons with the UA-cam community. I wholeheartedly appreciated this video as I am currently a full time student in college struggling trying to figure out what’s for me and what’s not for me. I’m 27yrs old and even at my age I feel like I’m so far behind but after watching this I realized if I want to become the man I envisioned myself to be I have to put down unnecessary habits, look away from the things causing me unnecessary stress and thrive for the future I want.

i love how you're suggesting your own personal experience and not just some tips we've seen in every single video talking about these topics, great video mate.
Thanks man, i like how you included the mindset in the end bc without a clear mindest, the habits you make won't fulfill you
Am 25 now and i just feel overwhelmed sometimes i dont know why, thanks for this video.
I love Tim making these videos , also porn and masturbation is something many people don’t know the bad things it can do to you and I’m glad Tim took the time to explain part of it and not only posting fashion videos! Much love Tim !
Thank you for being so genuine. Love the extreme accountability mindset 💪🏼
Glad you improved your life.
Proud of you for sharing your journey to help others.
You are quickly changing my life bro. From fashion and style to health and bad habits.
Couldn't you have made this earlier my man!?
I know these 'guidelines' are everywhere, but coming from a person that you admire does make a massive difference. Better late than never :)
I'm 27 and I'm happy I came across your video man. I'll give an update this same time next year
This is one of the best motivational videos I've seen: promotes how each individual has their own personality and necessities instead of a cookie cutter approach. The product ad was also actually enjoyable to watch as well 😅
Super interesting video. I'm 26 and have been working full time for almost two years after finishing university. All those thoughts and topics in this video are what I am currently seeing as they are drastically changing in my life. Love that you shared your experience.
Great delivery

Really enjoy that you talk about these important lessons while still being chill, it’s like hanging with a friend great vibe
Thank you elder brother.
I’m in my early 20s and I’m inspired by your words.
Would definitely comment after a year about my progress.
Thanks!
This video really made me rethink my habits in my 20s. I wish I had more guidance back then.
Honestly I’m 20 and I’m running from war in Russia and this video actually gave me new things to think about.
Being afraid of war and having bad financial situation is really frustrating but this video gave me different perspective but still yeah it’s hard. Thank you for this video
There isn’t a war in Russia, Russia is the one who started it
This is a fantastic video. I am 21, and have already noticed myself slowly learning a few of these tips and applying my experience to them. But there are definitely some on here that I have not been acting on yet, and need to improve on, especially delaying gratification and massive action taking. Thanks Tim.
Once i saw the first point i knew this was a no bullshit video. Im in the second half of my twenties and i need to make it count. Thank you
I'm 27 and will be implementing your goal strucutre. Thank you for the ideas and tips, your video has came at a time when I needed it most.
I was not expecting at all the #1 but Im glad you talked about it Tim 👏🏾
Training yourself in moderation will do so much more for your life than cutting things off or diving into things 100%. Set times and schedules, understand when it’s too much and not enough. Train your mind to understand when to do more and when to do less.
bro you re a real person no cap THANKS A LOT, i needed this
About "delaying gratification" I would recommend finding a balance.
I hope you have a awesome day and keep up the good work
This is one of the most genuine videos I have ever witnessed. CHEERS TIM!
I've been working towards building healthy habits recently as I've now graduated from College, but this motivated me even more to strive towards a career I actually want to do instead of what I thought I was meant to do.
that was a CRAZY start and wasn't expecting that as a first one lmao
Really love this video, man! I've always felt you have such great insights to share and so glad you decided to in this one :)
Thank uuu😭😭, u make me so relieve because when i thought i will gonna change my life and then a toxic hustle culture opinion come to my mind, I was like ok maybe i will try to balance it, and the fact i never started to improve my life because i feel comfortable, and the moment i want go all out i am scared about this toxic hustle culture thing, I am so lost and dont know what to do, thanks to you that i know what should i do, big thanks✨
bro, im from Brasil, and u have no idea how much this video helped me, thanks a lot man
Great video, man.
I’ll come back a year from now (God sparing) & let you know how much your video helped me 🫶🏿
Your presentation & delivery are impressive. Respect 🙏🏻
In this moment, we all feel like Tim's younger brother. Thanks for the advice :) I'm halfway through my twenties so this is much appreciated
‘It is so easy to be great nowadays… nobody wants to put in the work’ I’m glad you aren’t solely making fashion content because this video hit
Skipping the gym and not doing your normal routine is fine, if you can get back into that routine then you know you've built your mind to stay persistent in your goals
Bro this is great. Thanks for being real and covering all this! In the same boat, but lol 32 now, and wan't to get back on track!
This is hands down the best and most inspirational video i ever watched
Thank you so much, I hope to build myself to the point where I can make videos like this in the future.
I feel like doing something (even at home) is 1000 times better than doing nothing.
how are you doing now buddy?
@@vantus13 im so glad to hear that! keep pushing brother 👊
@@ichkonntemichjakratzenaber2028 will do thanks man for asking
