I feel that it was a missed opportunity to show scope films with the projector since you used a scope. Granted it is designed with 16:9 screens given it's short throw and there maybe issues with the focus range at even larger sizes, but it could have showed how to would performed with even bigger screens. Still is cool seeing a home projector used in a commercial cinema screen.
Wow! Seeing this video makes me feel even better about my purchase! I'm currently using a Pioneer Elite PRO-FPJ1, so this is gonna be one hell of a upgrade for me
Thanks for the great review! One question: does it need to be positioned in a straight line behind the wall (so above or in front of your couch) or cab you also put it at an angle (meaning to the left or right side of your couch)? I saw projectors like the xgimi horizon s max and the horizon c2 ultra can do this. Thanks!
@@projectorjunkies4152 thank you ! I guess that is also a reason for the astonishing bright picture on this very large screen. This should not be underestimated.
It performs flawlessly, thanks to the MT9618 AI-SOC. The MEMC does an excellent job with 24-frame movies, delivering natural, smooth and accurate motion.
Looks great at that size. I should be getting mine (Max model) sometime next year to use outdoors on a 150" screen. Since my backyard is open to the street its going to be like a giant advertisement. Here's to hoping it delivers on the picture quality.
Valerion should really consider launcher a long distance throw model. Currently, the projector is not really usabable in dedicated home theater rooms where distances of 5m+ are the norm :(
@@rob31ful From this video definitively you can' t tell if the picture is beautiful, the only thing you can Tell, that is really bright for such a small device!
only concern about could be longetivity. And after sales service around the corners of globe. if they are successfull giving after sales service and replacements .
Ok, now let's see Sony or JVC look that impressive with a 320 inch picture...I THINK NOT! Their time is over! That is SERIOUSLY one of the most impressive tests I've ever seen! Well done P Junkies!👍👍
The native contrast and the black levels are bad and definitively not comparable with high end projectors from JVC and Sony! However the picture quality is very acceptable for the low price!
@Anakin-dl6eb I've seen a comparison that would suggest otherwise...take a look at The Hook Up Extras, and you'll see that not only does the Valerion hold its own against a JVC NX8 ( I think ), but in some instances clearly outclasses the JVC...
@@bryanp4827 A bright picture doesn't mean a high quality picture! Poor blacks, low native contrast can't be changed in such cheap projectors. Of course, they are not bad and for most of the people - excluding home cinema Enthusiasten - more than satisfying!
next time your are using a cable drum, you need unwind cable reel completely, so it is not going to heat up and gets burned. but thanks for the video of the visionmaster pro 2. i cant wait to get my VM max in the hand in mai 2025.
Im so glad u guys did this video! I was so curious and looking for a 300inch show off of these new Projectors from Valerion
"The sound felt as is it was coming from the system of the cinema". Yeah, sure. Sure, sure...
Looks great. Waiting for Max version
Cool video! Is one of the other theater projectors on too to help with the brightness?
At around 11:31 you can see it running in the right corner.

it will be, trust me😃
(1) in movie mode how much ansi lumen it can deliver ?
(2) max version can deliver 32:9 picture ratio ?
Thanks.
this is probably the 10th review i've seen on these and somehow there's nothing bad to say about it yet. makes it sound kinda fishy.

Of course, you can play at an angle! Valerion features one of the most advanced digital image correction systems I've ever experienced
Can you do the same with Hisense c2 ultra??
That is a very impressing result. But i presume the screen has a positive gain. Can you confirm that ?
Yes, it is a 1.8+ gain cinema screen!
@@projectorjunkies4152 thank you ! I guess that is also a reason for the astonishing bright picture on this very large screen. This should not be underestimated.
Can plus2 do the same job, I ordered a plus 2 due budget 😅
How does it perform in fast moving scenes?

Absolutely impressive, Niko… thanks for the video, it really displays some capabilities…
seriously?! even beyound 300 inch? omg that's amazing!

You right
So would the Max be able to project across the whole screen?
we will find out on my next cinema tour video i suppose!😁
No, the Max is nearly the same as the pro 2, only it has a dynamic iris, and vertical lens shifting.
Not sure where the review part is besides staring at a screen :D
That's amazing how beautiful the picture is

How big is "320 inches"?
8 meters diagonal
@@Wasthatreal76 OK great! And how big is the wall that you will be mounting it on?
Really big!
Looks like fun - thanks a lot

Wait… so, the sound came out from the box itself??? Not the cinema??? WTF😮😮😮😮😮
Yes, it's RAW sound from the internal speaker of the Pro 1, I know, it's almost unbelievable...
Haha good old doremi cinema
