    Am yet to join my local gym, will show them this video.
    My original plan was for basic endurance training (Bike riding and treadmill) but this video moves it up a notch.
    Have about 5 other gyms to check out. Am happy to go to 2-3 gyms. To rehabilitate myself.
    Have some fractures to strengthen!
    Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE unless You think it is!
    Always believe that Everything is POSSIBLE and Nothing will stop you.
    My 4+ gyms yet to visit will either become a part of my ship to move forward or be worthless anchors who do not want to see people prove what is Truly possible!

    I tried out the last one yesterday, and I was surprised how well it worked! :D For the first time I felt like doing an actual proper horizontal pushup. :D
    I did them on my knees in the 12 rep range, which means I can raise the difficulty with doing them on straight legs, when I'm again in the 6 rep range in my training routine.

    Is it too diferent if you just do inclinated push ups?

      It's different, but how much difference it will be depends greatly on the level of incline. Incline push-ups are usually a little bit easier than regular pushups. Decline pushups are little harder.
