A marvel in his time,his videos books will inspire any age,learning what your mind and body craves by exercise proper diet.happiness in general not what you possess but what you enjoy.he said your body is your slave,let it work for you,I like that looking forward to reading a book he enjoyed,by David Dunn give yourself away.bottom line take care of yourself,it will free you up from a lot of negativity, we must all learn to live making a good difference in others lives! @@ronnieblanton272 Just as Christ is my inspiration, Jack to is also a true inspiration. I wish Jack was still alive. Who knows how long our life spans can stretch out to if we self create the healing balm golden melatonin in our pineal gland that only we ourselves can self create for ourselves, that Santos Bonacci educates about here on You-tube.
this man is my role model, my idol, i discovered him recently and he is a great inspiration for me to stay healthy and fit.

A lot of people don’t realize that this SOLE MAN, is the foundational influence and PIONEER, to so many current trends we have today:
1.) Clean Eating: He was telling us that on his TV show, 50 years ago
2.) Pilates
3.) Working Out
4.) Juicing (I’m talking about vegetables and fruits)
5.) The Gym (This man literally created workout machines we use to this)
Some people talk for a Minute and your like please stop talking Jack could talk for one hour and when he finished your like that's it I want more . A true Legend

Jack LaLanne was the man. He's right about everything.
No he wasn't , he thought "whole" dairy was unhealthy as well as red meat . Bible is very big on whole dairy and Christ ate red meat occasionally .

He is still right. Dairy and red meat is not healthy. They taste really good, but they're not healthy. Science has proven that already.

A very dear friend of mine put his back out, sacroliliac and he told us about someone that he used to try to emulate when he was a child. I never heard of him, but it's Jack Lalanne. In some of his videos, he does some exercises that are very easy and effective. Now, we're all doing doing the LaLanne routine, as we call it. Please keep these videos up, and if there are more, please upload them. They're turning out to be life savers, and certainly back savers. Thank you.
