- Jack gives great advice to his women viewers that are relative to this day.Jack was the first to get women working out with the weights and the first to get women into the gym .Jack inspired women then perspired them .His goal was to help women help themselves.All across the country women took control over their own body ,transformed their figures and their mental attitudes.

I just purchased the original TV series which I remember working out to back in the 60's. What a great legacy he left us all!

Can you please post the clip from Jack's show that was titled "the early death"? He spoke about his father and how when his father was young they did without but when he became a man and had kids of his own he would put an entire feast out for dinner each night. Jack spoke about how he tried to get his dad to exercise and change but that he just would not do it.

That's Right! Back then we have Letters, Cards, Telegrams and of course Telephone Calls
so this is one of the ways civilians learned to talk ALOT and say so very little. Any of the selected letters could have been read and answered in 30 seconds apiece. Also, this is where some folks came up with a big bundle of paper and just a few letters. It is like walking into a courtroom with a big box that is nearly empty aside of the very few papers in it.
