From Wikipedia: "LaLanne died of respiratory failure due to pneumonia at his home on January 23, 2011. He was 96. According to his family, he had been sick for a week, but refused to see a doctor. They added that he had been performing his daily workout routine the day before his death."
The day before he died! Now that's inspiring. I do exercise regularly, and when I plan out my routine I often think of Jack Lalanne's example of staying fit and being older. What a guy!

When he called her mommy my heart just melted!🥹. You’re never too old to love your mother that way! May he rest in peace he was a good man and I wish there was somebody who could equal him today in his morals and his teachings too!

Jack’s show should be required for everyone to watch especially in schools. The world would be a better place. Such a wonderful video. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Yes, they should have a dance class or something for 10-15 minutes on the hour where kids are allowed to jump around and act silly before the next class.
      It would help grades, too.

Such a great clip. I came across Jack Lalanne when I was overseas in Korea about a decade ago (shortly before he passed). Not only was he a visionary par excellence, he seems like a really outstanding guy. Thanks for posting.

When I turned 40 (quite a few years ago) my husband gave me a white German Shepherd. I fell in love with his beautiful dogs watching him with my mother when I was a kid. They were magnificent creatures. Heidi (my Shepherd) lived 13 years.

      I love their guarding spirit.
Rotties are a personal favorite. They're like the sheps, only more social.
They'll go to great lengths to guard their peeps.
I used to have one that was a client dog. I had her 12 hours, her owner had her 12 hours...
We'd go to the dog park and a dog wouldn't stop barking at me. She flew across the park to stand between us.
Three times. Same badly trained dog.

Shes saying about not eating white bread back in the early 50s. Her mentioning it lacking nutrition is insane its this way ahead of its time when I was in school in the early 90s the food pyramid didn't even mention wheat bread of whole grain flour. Jack juicing was decades ahead and making the first real gym and leg machine. If he would of been in control in the eighties and had a role in are food in America we would of been one the healthiest country's instead of the sickest..

So many good things to note in this video. Very interesting to me that this native French woman did not bring her native dietary knowledge/beliefs/habits into the "New World". Someone should have told her which camera was on. I see they left the plastic on the lampshade. Ah well, just looking around. What a gem!
