My grandmother has been doing this guy's exercises every morning since around 1960. She's 96 now and has no health problems, lives on her own, drives, takes no medications, and has no 'aches or pains'. I guess this guy's promises worked out after all.

My grandmother did his stuff for a time, and then many other exercise routines all through the years, her health is excellent at 95, she has a little arthritis now but she is still active and healthy and by far the most able of all of her friends!

Jack was one of the most charismatic human beings who ever lived. This man was still performing his daily exercise routine the day before he died.

Jack was the top of the chain in the trickle down when it comes to my health and fitness. My mom watched him and it impacted me and my life. Now I, along with many, teach others similar "secrets". Love you Jack!

Jack is a bit before my time but I remember his juicer commercials as a kid and my mom actually used to have one of them. I recently bought all 10 of Jack's dvds on ebay and I've been reading his book from 1960. I started his magic meal plan and dvds this week. I'm so glad that the family released these videos and that his work is still available. His workouts are fun and I like how he is encouraging without making it feel like bootcamp. Hello to Ms Lala, from Texas!

Mr LaLanne would be so disappointed in us today. With all the crap foods we eat and the “fat acceptance” bullshit. I would be ashamed to tell him the state of our society just seven years after his early death. Him dying from pneumonia was arguably the worst thing to happen to the fight against obesity in recent years. He would still be helping people today if he hadn’t left before his time.

Just by watching this video, this gentleman seemed like a pretty decent guy. However, there's only one way to be completely changed and that's through Christ Jesus, who is my Lord and Savior. I do hope he gave his life to Jesus before he passed, again, seemed like a really nice guy.
