A LoloYodel 3 camera/angle video remix of this Complete Set One with soundboard audio :-)
(These were already unloaded individually, here now is the "Complete Set").
Video One : "Lazy Cow" (darker, left of stage), thanks Jon B !
Video Two : obscure front of stage angle (2 angles incl. local TV?)
Video Three : left of stage, more colorful video recently signed by "Marbleizing Mike Hardy" (or "Shortiebighead") ... which I only have on set 1. Hmmmm, please ...
(This "3rd video" went through serious color/contrast adjustments).
LoloYodel Notes :
This "Jerry Garcia Band" concert is considered exceptional !
Why ? Perhaps another "Hampton" outing, ... ?, Bruce Hornsby sitting in ...?, perhaps the commercial CD release ...? ... in any case, the music, energy and smiles are clearly there ! Indeed, a great JGB show.
All the songs are "on target" !

I was there and I count this as one of the best concerts of my life!
Jerry's soloing with chord chunks and 6th string bass riffs still leaves me in melodic awe.
Everytime I here Jerry without the boys , he touches my soul so much that I end up crying !! How beautiful is that ?!?! Truly missed 😢😢
Jerry’s playing always lifts me, my anti depressant/anxiety. The only thing in this world that has this effect on me in my 47 years here. Thank you Jerry!
He shines way better without them
@@adamfeldman8713 JGB....for those that know :)
Sound is fabulous, Lolo.. I be back to this show again, and again..and again
I need to thank you Lolo for a real good time !!! I laughed , I cried , remembered when , in the end I came out Smiling !! Thank you kind sir for all you have done to make me and others oooo sooo Happy !!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If this isn't heaven, I don't want to go. I've been to many Jerry, Legion of Mary, and Reconstruction, etc. shows and I have to agree, this is one of my top five shows. Thank you for carrying the torch and having the music available to be able to keep Jerry's torch shining brightly!
It's true, you can hear the angels singing on this one. Beautiful ❤️
I'm 37 and unfortunately too young to see him, but he's still a legend to me and I love his music.
How many JGB shows did Bruce Hornsby play? I gotta look this up. Hornsby sounds so good on the organ! I saw at least one of these JGB shows w Bruce ( pre- Vince and Bruce, which was a bit cluttered to my ears)and a bunch of the Dead shows in 91. Jerry n Bruce had a musical bromance- different than Jerry n Brent obviously(Bruce wasn’t into Papaver somniferum products); it def. elevated things to great heights.
Some people just made Jerry smile more than others. Never felt it was quite the same w Jerry n Vince, but i’m not a hater on anybody that was ever involved with the greatest band ever.
Man, I am so grateful to have been in my late teenage/ early 20s years during the last great peak of the GD/ JGB phenomenon. The 89-91 timeframe contains infinite gems of musical greatness.
It’s amazing to be able to see and feel this.. You didn’t have to be there to feel like you’re there w some of these videos! Thank you sooo much. 🙂🙏☮️❤️A
No one touched me with soulful playing like Jerry. Waiting For A Miracle is so sweet to hear it makes me cry. Missing him bad.
I am crying as I listen and read the comments , really miss him !! Touched my soul in Soo many ways !! ✌
RIP Gloria Jones 😥
As good as music has ever been, or ever will be, this side of the great beyond...
God bless that man...
A night I’ll never forget. Once or twice in a lifetime you happen to be in the exact place you need to be with exactly the right people.
Hey, thank you!!! From Humboldt county... ! (Moved here frm Haight Ashbury when jerry died...)
Wow! Happy Jerry! This show is an absolute gem.
So thankful. Breadbox brings memories. Some people never will never feel like that. It breaks my heart
I don't know how many times I've watched this video but it never gets old! Truly one of the best JGB shows in that era. :D Thanks for posting it! 👌
check out my "VERSION3" of this set
Love it love it love it!!! So much soul and so much fun! This is what happens when folks come together for a night of music! I miss this band sooooo much.
Melvin Seals is my favorite organ player of all time!
He's is so great on Johnny Too Bad
Bruceeeeee
Needed this today to remind me. 💖
I was at this show and loved this rendition of How Sweet It, recording from the show, was our wedding song. And we danced to all 7+ minutes of it! BTW, most men at the wedding wore Jerry Garcia ties!
What a great comment, love it!
Sounds like a wedding reception I’d loved to have crashed😎✌️
Beautiful. .. Jerry.... with Melvin on the B3 turned up loud!
Just found Lolo Yodel !!! Great tunes!! thank you sossosooso much!! even a blind squirrel stumbles upon an acorn every now and then. Glad I did!! Peace n Love Lolo
this was my favorite tour of any dead like band and Jerry seemed to be singing and playing his absolute heart out. The sound on these is pristine and it's an extra treat to get to check the viddy too. THANKS for pulling this all together--a real treasure!
Bruce brought out the best in Jerry. My favorite era was w/ Bruce. I'd always sit on the Jerry/Bruce side & Jerry seemed to genuinely enjoy having him around & would smile all the time at him, mid-show.
Fall 89 tour is nothing to sneeze at Either. The Big Man (Clarence Clemmons) joined the band halfway through the tour at Great Woods. One of those videos is available on You Tube. September 10th I believe. Cats opener, redickulous. In fact most of the tour is featured in video on You Tube. Not a single off night that tour.
@@azmoe99 their bromance is quite alive in the eyes of weir while taking in the Mayer...
@@DennisCampbell777 there's an 89 shoreline DEAD w/ the big man on here.. the big man and the fat man. XOXO !!
@@atomusbliss I dig the Big Man on Estimated Prophet from that show.
Everyone’s having such a good time (me too, watching almost 20 years later)!
Was at this show brings back memory’s of a more simpler time miss you jerry rip
the essence of pure bliss captured in an amazing bottle
Thank You Yolo! You have incredible content from an incredible musician
Wow! Wow! Wow! Breadbox is fantastic!
And Jerry never knew just how cool he was. How cool is that!
Beautiful
The music of my youth ❤️
My first Jerry Band show couldn't be much better than this! Thanks for sharing!
this is an ultimate show
The Run for the Roses solo pulls at my heart. Miss you Jer!
I was at this show and during Dixie there is a pause and just at that moment a huge balloon popped right in front of me as I was about to tap it back up into the air. The sound was so loud that it seemed like Jerry heard it from the stage. I always wondered if anyone else besides my friends witnessed that moment or remembers it. This was my first show even before I saw GD. Extra special show for so many reasons. ✌🏻❤️😃
Omg
During the Richmond "Dixie" of 93 when they mention Richmond the crowd just erupted, it was surreal. For that many people to get that reference in that split second and react to it was intense, only seen it a few times. No other show has a reaction to that line like that single Richmond Jerry show. This is a commonly misunderstood song when done by the Band imho, Jerry brings the pathos and just trying to hold your dignity together so much better.
So much for the 90s haters.. Perfect show in EVERY way.. Thanks Lolo
Love it! I am so gr8ful for LoloYodel videos. Thank you so much
I was there! What a cooking show. Thanks for putting this up. : )
Jerry and Melvin- what a team !
Listened to the first few songs on my way to work. Wow the solo in The Night They Drove ol Dixie Down, loved seeing how much Jerry was into it, shaking his head back and forth, brought tears to my eyes, this song like many he played were so emotional. Thank you god above that I got to see GD and JGB shows. I feel bad for the people who don't get it, what incredible music they are missing out on.
A new favorite .... as soon as I saw Bruce's face ... Great Show !!
This is amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Bruce easing right in there I see.. Got on the bus for 2 years thank you for that commitment 👍🔥
Thanks for this! Perfect listening and viewing during The Days Between.
One of my favorite JGB shows!!❤❤❤😊😊😊. The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down is just unreal. Thank you for sharing this several years ago!!
Jerry did more for me than my mom or dad.
Awe John!!! Glad you had a real man then!! Peace N Love
Bruce really adds some extra flair to this show....was there...and it was really a gem! Thanks for posting this...really great audio.
Was there. Thanks for the share. Remember the blessing of this show well.
me too ☺
One the best Jerry shows I ever saw. Jerry was on point and happy as he always was when Bruce was on stage with him. It is an honor to have shared such a magical experience with Jerry, Bruce, so many of my friends, and deadheads.
I was there and honored to have Jerry visit my state and have a fellow Virginia native (Bruce) sit in for such a memorable performance. So Grateful to relive this epic performance! My favorite JGB show that I was fortunate enough to see!!!
Jerome John Garcia... Truly the best. Look how happy he is smiling the whole time and playing great. His smile makes us all smile truly infectious.
One of the best JGB shows for sure, The Capitol also comes to mind. God don't we miss that man and his music...
Everyday my friend...everyday.
We sure do miss him!!
Thanks so much for mixing/uploading this! Fantastic show, great sound, some decent video, Hornsby sitting in and last but not least Jerry is just having a ball, grinning from ear to ear!!! Love it!
That Hammond B3 playing is so exceptional throughout this show.
thank you LoloYodel, absolute sweetness!!!!!!
Outstanding! I can't tell you how much I love this. Thank you so much
Thank you!! Lolo. Thank you Jerry!
Great set! I didn’t even know Hornsby played shows with JGB.
We all learn something new everyday 👍
That how sweet it is has to be the best version ive ever heard, and I have heard alot!
When we got there and saw the extra keyboard on stage we just knew Bruce was going to sit in being that he lived down the road in Williamsburg. A very fun night.
"You Can Never Tell"!!!! Smokin'!!!
Thanks for all your hard work.this is so sweet
Thank you. Thank you so much.
+Jeremy Briggs : Dear Sir, I'm currently doing a completely revised, revisited version of this fabulous Set One (using the best possible Master vid's, better contrasts etc ...)
Thanks!
Jerry sure sounded good in '91. The December Garcia/Grisman shows are fabulous.
Oooooo - This man and his
✨guitar... 🎸✨💕
"You brightened up🎶
All of my days...
I want to STOP🎵
And THANK YOU, Jerry... !"
I am SO grateful for EVERY opportunity I enjoyed hearing him with whomever he was playing with.
🎶💙Not fade away💛🎵

I was there!
I was lucky enough to have been at this show, THANK YOU!!
Jerry loved playing in the Hampton Coliseum. The Band was great, but Jerry owned The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down this night.
This is GREAT thank you so much!
Thanks bro made my day!!!
Thank ya Friend! Brightened up a dreary Cleveland January Day! Much love ...
I was there. It felt good in there that night!
Thanks lolo, how sweet it is. Great show indeed, news crew at fountain in front of coliseum interviewing us, funny as hell. The night before in Richmond was crazy vibe with the cops up until jerry came out was not good at all, and that hard core aggression we all felt from then just up and stopped. shit, half of the cops dancing.. lol we miss dem days. RIP merl and Jerry
That C'est la Vie is absolutely stellar. Bruce and Jerry's chops are off the charts.
joy!
I was there. Always loved Hampton.
+Mynamis Mudd Me to I use to live in Newport News
me too. from Maine.
Formerly the Warlocks. The triumphant return of Help>Slipknot!, Death Don't Have No Mercy and Dark Star. Jerry LOVED Hampton.
I was there too! Drove up from FL
The mother ship!

HOW SWEET IT IS!!!!
Oh Sweet Jerry
Instant subscriber. Yo Lolo. Thank you.
Best set in JGB history, IMO. LOVE it. Incredible. Sublime.
What a beautiful line up ! And love that guy pumping out the Hammond....love ole Jerry .
Thanx for the work and post Lolo Yodel.. thats the second time i heard the word Yodel in a day ..the first was in a Hiram Bullock instructional video.. if i hear it a third time today I'm buying a lottery ticket
I wanted to give this a thumbs up, but it currently has "three", so chose to leave it alone.
Dear Melvin and the Fates (THE background singers remind me of the Greek Fates. Just singing' your story.) THE is capitolized for a reason. You had Jerry on an amazing night. Motown and Jam. Perfection. All love.. This is on my take it to the grave playlist.. Thank you.
Hunter he said he had 3 muses. Said he saw them in lighbody. I thought that’s unheard of stuff most great musicians get one great muse each. I mentioned I thought them must be the fates- haha- like intelligence, beauty and virtue or whoever. Haha. Then I met them myself. One only spoke in mantra. Holy. One only pines/Mourns to be closer to him even when he’s right there. Profound love. And the third was highly observant and respectful. Just very contemplative and then when she spoke she simply apologized for being not exactly perfect and promising to be better and offering compassion and ease. Peace. I thought omg this is crazy! I had to tell you when I read your comment about these wonderful girls here. The fates!

The Muse is upon me.
-Dom Delouise
First, I am most impressed.
You got what I was referring to, and then expanded on it like a great jam.
Did hunter really have 3 muses, or was he "Show Prepped" and truly only saw his one muse in triplicate? The world may never know.
I either have of am myself a muse.
3 would be quite fortunate.
The last thing I dod the night before NY's Covid lockdown was .... OMG...
I saw Melvin Seals and the Fates at Ironworks in Buffalo, March 2020. Perfect small 30' away venue.
I made the middle fate smile.
I, per Hunter's description of his 3 fates, am
Fate #2, who after life kicked my ass behaves at times like fate #3. Yet when the muse is upon me;
I communicate like Fate#1.
Hunter is lucky to meet all 3.
A pleasure meeting you Janee.
PS- I saw THE fates back in '96 with Melvin and Jerry at the Brendan Byrne Arena 10/30, my Birthday. Halloween show. Amazing.
Thank You!!!!!
Just the best, what else can you say?
Grazie LoloYodel, sei davvero un mago!! :)
D'accordo dalla California!!!
Lolo’s The Man!
This was one the best shows from this tour, with that Hampton vibe flowing hard!! 'What a Wonderful World' was amazing, Jerry hit it nicely. The Breadbox and Deal waere so rocking, sounded like a 80'-81' JGB show!
visiting this ripping show again and seeing JK there with a tanned scuba diving Jerry still breaks my heart... the spiral started again...
I was there! Yup!
12:44 maybe my favorite Garcia lick of all time.
theres a "lets spend the night together" from maybe 90? 89? I don't remember. ITs on Harry Angus page and theres a lick in there. You'll hear a few at least. After years I finally found it come from ALbert King called double bend ghost stop or something. omg
awesome video and music! really enjoy!
we all miss the fat man, he sure could play and always at his best with Bruce and Melvin, just marvelous!
I don't understand how someone could be that good.
+Frankie Frank I don't wanna know!!! LoL (~);}
hes jerry Garcia!
I know. its mindboggling
enjoy the mystery
I don't know what we started but the four tarot card readers are giving us songs to play
Melvins solo on How Sweet it Is..... hammond b3 showcase of how great they can sound..... i remember seeing the spinning speakers at shows and loved it..... spinning leslies on lsd !!!!!
