    Hello!!! There’s a law in physics called law of displacement …. If you eliminate something, you must replace it with something else. Sugar cravings won’t go away until the sugar molecule is replaced by an optimal substitute. I traded sugar and seed oils for butter and animal fat. OMG! I now feel satiated. No more cravings.

      Ive been on carnivore for two months now and my body is doing much better! I do crave sugars though and heavy animal fats curb hunger and cravings. I noticed if I drink regular grocery store milk…any brand, it’s extremely sweet. Didn’t notice that before carnivore. When I drink fresh from the farm milk from a local farmer…tasty, satiating, and not as sweet.

    64 5'10 173 and still pumping iron until I die. I gave up a lot of stuff and lost 30 pounds of weight that wasn't real noticeable. But i can see my abs again. I do however like honey in my coffee and milk. I eat sliced fried in butter potatos with my eggs. And on the weekend i treat myself to some peanut butter cups. I will never be 100 percent canivore. I don't hardly ever have fruits or veggies anymore. Mostly hamburger, chicken and eggs. My father passed at 93 . I take no meds , don't take jabs, don't wear a mask and don't go to the doctors.

I make it from scratch, sometimes it is sliced fruit with an eggy batter sweetened very lightly, include oats in batter or oat bran, even sometimes 1/4 cup wheat bran. bake it , eat a slice after dinner. go for a walk. I also love chocolate, I make chocolate mug cake, 1 egg, oats, ground flax, 2 chopped dates, a bit of butter, 1 tbsp organic cocoa, a splash of milk, stir well, nuke for a minute and a half. deelish. why give up what you love? just have a small amount. if you overdo, go for a 20 min brisk walk after. I even have Doritos or chips occasionally, but if the pkg says one serving is 10 chips, I only have 10 chips. in a bowl and put the bag away. easy!

    This women has basically summarized the diet I have culminated my learning/research upon. I'm not always perfect at following it but when I do it looks like what Lillie Kaine is prescribing. The only thing I'd add is increasing fermented foods for gut healthy. Also she could have emphasized collagen containing meats organ meats for more nutrients.

    I was on a heavy oxalate keto Dr Gundry approved diet that was lectin free and heavy plant based for three years. I initially felt better off processed foods. Then felt worse. Low energy, sore joints, slow recovery from exercise, and kidney stones that required surgery. I had oxalate dust on my cheeks, coming from my eyes, and in my urine. When I quit that diet cold turkey for carnivore, I went through oxalate dumping (so painful). I’ve been carnivore for over a year now I feel great now. Lost 30 pounds, no more joint and foot pain, brain fog gone, corrected hormonal issues, better energy, improved muscle building, no more IBS! The list goes on. I only eat foods I like now and listen to my body.

    • @woodlakesound
      @woodlakesound Місяць тому

      Keep in mind that the concept of oxalate dumping is mostly based on anecdotal evidence, and there’s currently no research available to determine whether it occurs

    • @msbeecee1
      @msbeecee1 Місяць тому +3

      I went thru exact same process as you! I was actually doing vegan keto. My diet was 100% high oxalate foods (tofu, almonds, spinach, avocado, etc.) I quickly ended up w kidney stones requiring 3 surgeries. One stone was 17mm.
      When I did BBBE carnivore I had a severe dumping... crystals in my hair and coming thru my skin while I slept. It's absolutely for real. However, I didn't experience pain w the dumping. Just fatigue & slept a lot. Carnivore I quickly lost 30 lbs but went off due to emotional eating. Still working on that part but I know for sure carnivore is best diet for me.
      I will say I think not everyone is as oxalate sensitive as others. Kidney stones run in my family but for sure oxalates are the source.

    You are helping so many people. Your common sense approach is so comforting. I have been doing what i call a dirty carnivore diet since mid January. Meaning i sneak a few berries every few weeks, or a sluce of cucumber or tomato, I even add a tiny bit of unsweetened cacao to a glass of milk. The milk is so sweet anyway the cacao helps to take the sweet edge off. LOL
    But this video in particular really settled some things in me. I really appreciate it.
