I will try this today! The only recipe i found that calls for melted butter and hot water. Haha why not! I always end up with cracks on my cold butter cold water dough and always hard to work with. I'll let you know the outcome later if you like ;)

I wish I could show you a picture on here but it doesn't give that option. Your recipe was so easy and making the empanadas was a lot of fun. I love that it only uses a few ingredients and the dough came out so soft and delicious! Thank you for your video. This will be the only empanada dough recipe I'll ever use!! ❤️💯
What I did differently, is I divided the dough in half and rolled out a big sheet of it with a rolling pin and used a round container to cut out equally shaped discs. I think that was easier for me instead of working double making each disc individually. I hope this helps others out there. Great video and best recipe! ❤️

Hi! I want to make the dough and store the discs for later use. Do you know where can I get something to separate them so they wont stick together when stacked and stored away? Like a plastic film sheets to put in between or something? Thank you!
If I want to make the dough to use for later in the day, will the dough get hard if I keep it in the fridge? Or will it keep it's softness like when used right away? Or is it ok to leave it out all day? I don't want to mess this up. Thank you!

Yes you can use only the available flou that you have. Then add a bit of butter then adjust the water for the desired texture. Hope this helps.

You can use Saran wrap/ cling wrap in every discs to separate it. This can also be stored in the freezer for later use. Hope this helps
