- This is my version of no egg empanada dough and it has only 4 ingredients. So this is the perfect recipe for those who are on a budget. This is a no fail recipe for empanada dough. Try this and see the difference. This can also be baked or fried so, no need to make 2 different recipes.

Hola Rina. Veo en otro de tus videos que para la misma cantidad de harina utilizas 100-120 ml de agua, y en esta receta es 170 ml de agua caliente. Tampoco utilizas huevo ¿Hay alguna razón? Gracias 😊

Naka gawa na ko ayus eto ung hinaganap ko dough sa emapanda. Ang sarap lalo pag bago luto. Naka benta nako knina. ung recipe mo 25 pcs ngawa ko tag 30 grams. So kung 1 kilo harina 50 pcs. Thank you po . God bless

Thank you. So very interesting. I've never seen it made with hot water. I would have liked to have seen the end result after frying. I would have liked to have seen the fried empanadas broken open so that I would know if I like to consistency of the fried dough.

I will try this today! The only recipe i found that calls for melted butter and hot water. Haha why not! I always end up with cracks on my cold butter cold water dough and always hard to work with. I'll let you know the outcome later if you like ;)

Most recipes call for cold water and cold butter. How did you land on the melted butter and hot water? Love your smooth crimping btw.
@@RinasKitchen0711 thanks for the response. And also. Bangin(delicious) recipe. Making it again tonight. Breakfast ones. But also ganna use melted shortening instead of butter, as I have none at this time of night. Can be used 1 to 1 in case anyone didnt know.
